Amazing service in difficult conditions
The central system at Dreams has had some major issues over the last few days, as a software developer I know what it's like sometimes. But the team at New Malden were unbelievably helpful and pleasant in trying circumstances, and we had a great experience, finally getting our order across the line, smiles all the way.

Everything from start to finish has been superb - the time in store, taking our time to select the right bed, speed of ordering, didn’t have to wait long for delivery, the guys who delivered and set up the bed, all amazing. We’ve now had the bed for 2 weeks and have had brilliant sleep, we bought a super king so the space is just unreal and can have the whole family in in the morning with no struggle at all!

Great advice and superb purchase
Both 2 mattresses, each different for personal taste and needs. They are superb, very comforrtable. Buying and delivery were seamless, staff's knowledge extensive and very helpful. These are proper top quality products.

Overall positive experience!
Mattress is comfortable and was a great deal in the sale. Customer service in store was good and the delivery information was well communicated beforehand. This is my second purchase from the New Malden branch in the last two years and I can’t fault them!

Staff were extremely friendly and…
Staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. We received really helpful advice and guidance and even offered some tea and a biscuit! A big thank you to Abu especially who helped us find our perfect bed and for a great price! Would definitely recommend Dreams in New Malden
