Great service in the store and great service from the delivery team.

Everything & everyone from our first visit to the showroom to the delivery made our experience with Dreams Newbury an absolute pleasure. I was very nervous about purchasing a Tempur mattress, because I like a soft mattress but I have to admit it’s great. Thankyou Dreams

I went to Dreams with the intention of leaving with a new bed or a mattress minimum.
I walked in and within a few minutes I was greeted (always nice that you are greeted).
I explained what I wanted to achieve that day. She explained she was new to the role but will try to help me as much as she could whilst the other staff were with other customers.

I LOVED the electronic gadget that checks how you sleep...nice bit of technology and I was offered a drink.

Having checked the mattresses recommended and a pillow that I would normally use, I made my choice (after a few relaxing moments on each).

When I was going through the payment options, I explained I had blown my entire budget on the mattress. I understand I could have purchased something for a fraction of the cost online but I know I would have regretted it.

I was advised to use a mattress protector and was offered extra protection on the mattress. I declined the extra protection and this was not challenged. (Nice touch regarding consumer rights act which they seem aware of).

As an added bonus and because I blew my entire budget on a mattress, the staff upgraded my delivery to a room of my choice. I was told that I had to wait a few days for delivery which was less than a week.

Delivery was spot on. You are provided a large plastic bag for the old mattress for recycling and as everyone knows, old mattresses are dusty and just ick....so another nice touch.

All I can say is that the mattress was a Dreams special and will last. It was an investment in my sleep and body. I wish Dreams were a bit cheaper but I think the price you pay is for the quality which was just EXCEPTIONAL. The service comes naturally to the staff and I will be going back again for pillows and other bedding materials.

From start to finish, lovely staff who showed us around the show room , quick delivery and lovely installers who explained the tv bed to me . Very happy and tv bed and mattress are perfect

Staff so helpfully and polite.we brought a mattress the dillivery time was good. Didn't end there the dillivery men where excellent too. We're both sleeping well on our new mattress very happy. Highly recommend dreams 5 star +.

Excellent service in store to allow best selection of a new double bed.
The delivery team were also extremely helpful and efficient in delivering the new bed and removing the old one.

The service was outstanding, the shop was immaculate, the choice of beds was amazing. Altogether it was a lovely experience which ended with a very comfortable bed being delivered on the day we asked for.

From friendly greeting to expert knowledge my visit to the store was wonderful experience.

The overall experience was exactly how I like when making an informed decision on expensive and/or important items such as a decent bed!
The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful whilst also giving us all the time we needed and never being pushy!

Things go wrong – that’s life. What's important in my view is how the problem is dealt with. Something went wrong with my purchase but I went back, explained the problem, and the store immediately recognised the issue and dealt with it in a more than satisfactory way. Outcome: one disappointed customer turned into a happy one who will sing their praises and happily return in the future. Thank you.
