Good communication skills. Product quality let it down (headboard did not fit properly). Suspect that changes to the castor system made have caused the fitting issues.

Newbury DREAMS team are a dream to work with
We've been meaning to buy a new mattress and frame for some time so when the DREAMS sale appeared on the horizon we wandered off down to the NEWBURY shop.
All the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, and LEO in particular was the standout. They took all the time we needed to help us make informed decisions, and offered us all sorts of additional services, but did not complain if we did not want some of them. We've bought out bed and mattress, we've scheduled the delivery and removal of the old pieces, and are looking forward to the next few years of comfortable sleep

Best night sleep
The saff was very helpful even though you did not have the mattress I wanted in store. The delivery was good but the mattress is fantastic. When I wake up in the morning I do not ache in my legs and back just perfect thank you
