Overall great service and products
Looked online for ‘bargain mattress and bed’, but decided to visit an actual shop. The service at Newbury store was fantastic. I’m really glad I went in. Can’t beat speaking to people with great knowledge of all their products, and trying them out. I came away with a perfect bed and mattress for me. The delivery team were also really professional, kept me up to date with when they would be with me etc. I’d never shop for a big purchase like this online again.

Bethany was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we needed, quickly helped us narrow down the selection and took us through the whole process in a friendly and professional manner. Great delivery drivers too.

Well trained and informative staff. Angelika was competent and friendly.

5 stars, excellent service
We were helped straight away upon entering the store and were provided the best service. The colleague was extremely knowledgeable and did her best to show us options that fitted our budget. Quick and payment with many options to add on which were reasonably priced. The lady that helped us made the experience very enjoyable, I would highly recommend.
