Buying a mattress can be daunting but Dreams made this such an easy experience. Dreams are well worth a visit

Brilliant service

My sons bed broke and we needed a bed in a hurry. We went to Dreams midweek and they gave us a good deal on an end of line bed. So far so good. From then on our recollections differ from the Stores. We were told - we thought - Saturday delivery and we thought the headboard with the bed was part of the bed. The bed finally arrived the following Saturday with no headboard. So my Son had to sleep on the floor for more than a week. Had we have know, we would not have ordered. We have reached out to them about this on their in-house survey but they have not responded.

After a poor experience with another mattress manufacturer, we decided we needed to test out some mattresses in person before replacing the one we had, so we headed in store to Dreams. We used their Sleepmatch mattress assessment to make sure we had a shortlist of mattresses that would suit our sleeping styles. The person who came over to help was really friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions with thought and intelligence. After testing three or four, we decided on a Flaxby mattress and could not be happier with it. We've now had it for a few weeks and are sleeping really well.

Very knowledgable salesperson who knew his product and gave us very good advice when ordering the product. He was’t pushy and gave us time to decide. Once ordered, he accurately organised the delivery date. The fitters assembled the new bed with no problems and took away the old one. Very helpful and polite lads.

Fantastic service all round. The gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful and understanding to my needs. he gave me every option available to me and purchasing was very easy. The Delivery guys were amazing. They came to the house with big smiles and laughs, clearly enjoying their job! They took great care not to damage any carpet or walls, or the main thing, my bed! They were polite and respectful! Outstanding all round Team! Best of all I love my new bed, thank you dreams!

A good Company easy to contact and resolves issues quickly and fairly.

The customer services assistant Leo, at Dreams Newbury who helped me greeted me in a friendly way and guided me through the process of finding what I was looking for in an extrememly helpful manner, he gave me great advice and helped me find what I felt was a really good purchase, he did not pressure me to make a decision but gave me all of the information and guidance I needed to make the right choice for me in my own time, he was actually one of the best salespeople I have encountered whilst shopping and he helped me to establish finance options, made sure I had a drink etc he even helped me out to my car with some pillows which was above and beyond the call of duty, overall an excellent shopping experience thanks to this particular member of staff, I don't normally bother to write reviews but in this case I had to make an exception due to exceptional service from Leo.

Fast delivery, good prices

I bought this mattress for my 92 year old Mother. It was a huge decision as she is not very mobile. The assistants were really good with her. She has never slept so well.

The actual shop “dreams” was great but …. The delivery was not so great .i have an electric bed which makes the mattress move. They put it together so quickly that it wasn’t fitted right , it was loose and the bottom end of the bed overlapped when the mattress went back down and to add onto that I’ve got to wait until the 1st of February to get it fixed even tho it was fitted on the 5th January and was broken from the day it was fitted so not happy at all

Great service and delivery. New mattress is very comfortable and just what we needed. Technology for selecting appropriate mattress was new to us but very welcome. Sale price of mattress was a bonus. All in all very happy with product and service. Would very much recommend Dreams.
