Came into the shop wanting to buy a bed last minute before xmass. Gentleman in the shop was very approachable and friendly. He knew a lot about beds. He made time to go through with several bed options online and in the shop. He allowed me to try some to check how comfortable they were. Excellent service would highly recommend Dreams shop in Newbury. Bed was delivered on the 21st just before xmass. Bed was assembled by a professional team. We were given a fantastic service from ordering the bed to delivery and assembly plus after service. Well done for a fantastic service .Keep up the good work

The Sales woman in our local branch (Newbury) was super. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and very customer focused.
The Delivery team were also professional, friendly and communicated the delivery slot well.

Welcoming and friendly team, big selection of mattresses and 100 days of guarantee return gives some peace of mind. I know you can never be sure of your purchase just by laying down on a mattress for 5 minutes but at least trying it before buying it gives you some confidence!

Brilliant service from store to delivery. Didn’t feel pressured in store - only felt supported to find the right mattress for our needs. At no point were we steered to anything more expensive. Mattress delivered on the day promised by the most lovely team who made sure we knew how to care for our new purchase. What’s not to love?
