Dreams that can come true.
Dreams store was very large inside and presentable. The staff member that served me was very helpful and polite, providing options and suggestions.
The order proceeded according to date and was sent constant updates up to the time of delivery.
The delivery driver was prompt and polite. Dropped off the bed and collected the old one with ease, keeping everything simple and professional.
Great service all round.

Gents who delivered mattress were respectful of property. Can't fault them.
Only criticism is with your charges to place mattress in bedroom. We do think £39 is excessive for something that took 5 minutes, someone's is raking it in!

I would recommend Dreams all day long…
The Sales person advised me of what was on offer,regarding me wanting to buy a new Mattress for my current Bed Base, he was very helpful!

Good service from start to finish.
We were left to browse the store at our leisure and wasn't pestered. Someone was available straight away to process our order when we were ready. The day before we were given a time slot for delivery. Our mattress was delivered on time.

Lovely lady greeted me into store. Gave me time to browse then came over to help me find the perfect mattress. Offered a drink and made me feel happy to shop there.

I love the mattress and the service I recieved from dreams has been excellent.
My dream are surely come true. My back pain has gone and the mattess is lightweight, but medium hard which is what I wished.
