Great experience super friendly staff which was very helpful and provided everything and more that I needed. Little slow on welcoming me once in I went into store had to ask for help and no one else was in the store at the time but that was the only slight negative.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on everything beds. While the store is well laid out, warm and clean. Loads of deals available at the time. The dreams sleep match technology is interesting and I recommend giving it a go.

Beautiful new bed, well worth the money. The customer service we received throughout was exceptional, from the store to the delivery guys who took great care in delivering and assembling our new bed. Very happy with our purchase and how we were treated throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. 👍

Good beds! I was looking for a single divan that opens from the side and dreams had exactly what I wanted. The member of staff, Daren, who served me was very nice as well.

Knowledgeable staff and delivery arrangements were as expected with no surprises

Good knowledge of products and excellent customer service. It took approximately half an hour to choose s bed.

The delivery drivers knocked a picture off the wall and smashed it. Despite having emailed twice as advised I have not heard anything about when the will reimburse me for the same. I am extremely upset by the lack of response as the picture has great sentimental value to me.
Update
I have received an email from Dream who have offered me compensation for the damage
