I decided to purchase a new bed as I was moving house. I was given very good advice and offered a variety of suitable mattresses, beds and pillows that would best suit me. The guidance I received proved invaluable. The sales team were very friendly and helpful as were the delivery team who set up the bed on arrival. I am now sleeping better than ever on my new bed. I should have replaced my old bed years ago.

Great experience in store. Staff (Bridie)could not have been more helpful. I was even treated to a lovely cup of coffee. Best shopping trip I've ever had. Thank you so much.

Headboard supplied, but fitted slightly out of the horizontal level . Otherwise all good.

Store experience good - hanks Rachel. Delivery did not go as planned. The actual delivery people were very good, helpful and friendly - not their fault that it went wrong. Having received time slot ( 3 times) it was very unhelpful that this changed several times and resulted in having to travel between locations, more than once, to receive item. Blaming computer for error is 'bit of cop out' Have now changed review from 3 to 5 stars. as service received has been exceptional. Glad to find company who seem to willing to listen and act. Thank you Dreams.

Good staff in the shop and the products are good

Several things made the experience good for us;
a) shop was close to where we live
b) sales lady was friendly, competent and knew her products very well
c) they had a machine (forget) the name to help us choose the hardness/softness of the mattress. Also let us try various types of pillow
d) wasn't very long between ordering and delivery
c) delivery people removed our old mattress
d) we've also got a 100 day trial period

We've had brilliant rest, since we bought the new mattress. It's ever so comfortable and warm compared with the previous one.

The staff that helped me. Natalie and Liz at tthe Solihull branch were both knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to my requirements and went above and beyond to ensure I got a bed and mattress delivered in a quick timeframe. Thanks for staying open late and beingbpatientvand friendly. Great staff 💯 recommend

The young girl in the shop was very helpful and patient and she knew what she was talking about she was very good we are pleased with our mattress and pillow the delivery men was very quick and polite they took their shoes off before they came in the house overall very pleased

Delivery was smooth, efficient, on the agreed date, and the deliverymen were courteous and very capable. I really do not see how the process could have been any better!
