Polite, knowledgeable, friendly service. Good prices too

I visited the Southampton store knowing which bed and frame I wanted to buy (I had visited a few weeks before and had a great experience). The agent (I believe her name was Rina) that I went to seemed to have no interest in talking me through what I was buying, when I told her what I was buying she made a point of pointing out the price multiple times in a way that made me feel like she didn't think I could afford it. I then put a large deposit on the financing and got a "so much" comment. She made no effort to make sure I understood the plan and did not tell me when my repayment dates would be (I had to check through all the emails and documents to find it).
I felt looked down on and rushed through the whole process even though there was no one else in the store. The only reason I stayed to finish the purchase is because of the other colleague that had helped me on the previous visit came over to talk to us and she was lovely.

We ordered a new bed/headboard for the spare room and a new mattress for the main bedroom. The whole experience was very good with no problems at all. We needed to change the date of delivery due to moving house and the store in Southampton was very obliging. Delivery was on time and the bed was put together and all rubbish taken away.

Southampton Branch Dreams customer service, Rima in particular, was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate in helping me choose a mattress to suit my needs. I had been putting off trying to find one as had been finding it completely stressful. They managed to make this experience almost stress free! Would definitely recommend. Two days later the mattress was reduced by £300 which Dreams honoured. Win win!

After days calling emailing leaving reviews having our mattress inspected promised for calls and help to be left unheard, having purchased a tempur mattress and in 24 months it’s dense and soft causing more back ache than I ever had, no customer support no help after dreams recommending this bed!!!! Then you left to try get hold of someone to listen or solve the issue dreams I challenge you to stand good and call your customers back

Great service but cannot be bothered to write a review

From going into the shop and right through to delivery, everything has been perfect. The staff member in the shop was very helpful, giving me product information and the time to try the beds out. On my delivery date the men in the van rang to confirm the delivery times with me and were quick, polite and helpful. I would certainly reccomend Dreams and will go back when it's time for a new mattress.

Janet was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a lot of helpful advice and assisted us in choosing the right product.

Bought a dual mattress two years ago contacted Dreams as major dip on soft side of mattress. Dreams say this is normal, and you’re supposed to rotate it so you have to change the side you sleep on every couple of months, shame this wasn’t mentioned at the point of sale as I wouldn’t have purchased the bed that the assistant said was the Roll Royce of beds more like a old banger now fit for the scrap yard.

Dave helped us find the the perfect mattress quickly and easily. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we tried the mattress properly - i.e the position we actually sleep in - not just laying on it. We had no idea what firms of mattress we liked so this was enlightening.No hard sell.
