Easy to change the delivery date which I had to do. Very comfy mattress

Nothing was to much trouble for Sally, she showed us a selection of the range to make an informed choice, friendly, knowledgeable and put us at ease. Made a potentially stressful choice an enjoyable experience. Offered refreshments and did the mattress test so we knew what type to get. Definitely recommend dreams to friends.

I'll start with the one positive opinion. The mattress is very comfortable. I reported that the ottoman base stayed down with no mattress on it. My old bed was a double ottoman base, hence only two springs and pistons, not the four on dreams base. No problem lifting it. Daniel said it's faulty, the one dreams sells that's too heavy to lift is right. Customer services arranged a new base unit, the DRIVER refused to install it saying the new one would be the same. My two letters to the CEO were ignored. Logically, DON'T SELL HEAVY MATTRESSES to old people. Alternatively, sell two half mattresses to fit the two half bases so only half the weight, EXACTLY LIKE THE OTHER BED SUPPLIERS I have now purchased mattresses from. The Dreams mattress is going in the bin. £1100 or so down the toilet. Thanks Dreams from this pensioner. Service? Pathetic overall. Advice? Do not under any circumstance buy from dreams unless you are young and go to the gym. THEY ONLY PAY LIP SERVICE TO CUSTOMER CARE. Telephone staff who know nothing about a product, drivers deciding whether to install, letters to CEO ignored ... you have been forewarned.

The shop Assistant was very knowledgeable and not pushy to purchase either the mattress or any other products. That makes me more likely to purchase

Bed was far too high my son had to take legs off so I could get into bed but very comfortable once iin would have been good with castors I have to say that this is the most comfortable bed we have ever had"

Sales assistant was very helpful and helped us choose the headboard we wanted to fit a bed purchased a year ago.. Really quick and easy to order and plenty of delivery dates to choose from. Delivery was smooth and no hassle, I was kept updated throughout via email. Headboard is of good quality.

I had been to two other outlets in search of a mattress but was highly delighted by the product availability and friendliness of staff. I was most impressed with the device that allowed me to rest on the bed in a sleeping position and on the type of mattress that would suit me. I chose accordingly and I'm delighted. Everything was well explained to me in an understandable manner. The lady concerned was, kind compassionate and very caring. I was most impressed, thank you for the experience.

Perfect service in store and upon delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. Mattress replaced a tired and old one. This was a reasonable price and it’s made such a difference to sleep. Really comfortable.

Walked in to Stafford branch, the sales lady remembered me from browsing previously and the kind of beds I was looking at, albeit 6 months prior! Pointed me in the direction of the perfect bed for me, got me a great price and likewise with the base for it. Couldn’t recommend enough

The experience was very good until I got this Email that indicates you can't be bothered to get my pronominal correct inside of my actual Email address being a clue.

The mattress itself is brilliant, really comfortable, sleeping much better now. The shop staff were also very helpful as were the delivery staff. Just IT staff need sorting out.

Delivery guys didn't even try getting up the stairs & said it wouldn't go up & they didn't take old one away & when I spoke to customer service you wouldn't be coming back to collect it
I got neighbours to help get née mattress up it was literally no effort at all
