Friendly, knowledgeable staff
Ordered a Tempur mattress and pillows with the help of a very friendly assistant at Stafford branch called Mina.
She went to a good deal of trouble to help us choose the perfect one. Thank you very much, we are looking forward to its arrival.

A dream service
What a wonderful service we had from Paul at the Stafford branch who went above and beyond when we went in to try out some mattresses. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattress yet gave us space to look around ourselves after recommendations from the Sleep Match service. If every shop experience was like this, I wouldn't buy online.

From the minute we walked through the door of the shop ,the service was fantastic, friendly and genuine.great staff at Stafford branch .when the bed was delivered the two men were also very friendly,they put on shoe protectors so the carpets wouldn't get messed up.Great big thanks guys .
