From the service at the shop to the delivery, it was very easy.
The lady in dreams was very helpful and pleasant. We were kept up to date with the progress of the bed and delivery information was updated as needed.
The delivery crew were lovely, respectful of my property and updated me in the morning of delivery, arriving promptly at the pre arranged time. Excellent service.

Excellent service from dreams, tested to see what mattress was most suitable which was great. Delivery guys great and assembled bed and took old one away. Could not fault them.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much problem, the shop is spotless, the choice of beds is huge, the staff did not pressure us to buy, but was extremely helpful, nothing was to much. On day mattress was received delivery men were very courteous, careful with installation and were quick in removing old mattress and installing new. Would order from Dreams again!

Excellent experience start to finish . From entering the store , chatting with the assistant on our needs, the experience of the mattress imaging, and the choice in store was brilliant . Coupled with this the very good delivery team we will return again in another 7/8 years

Very happy with both the quality of the service at the Dreams store in Swansea and the delivery team that delivered our new ottoman bed ,headboard, and mattress, and also of the products themselves.
Nothing was too much trouble throughout the purchase process, and the two gentlemen who delivered our purchases did everything in their power to ensure that no damage was done when our old bed was carried out of our home and the new bed was carried up to the first floor for assembly, but sadly the bottom post of the bannister was gouged and splintered by a section of the ottoman base.
Luckily, there are some benefits to living in a new build where the developers are still building houses, so I was able to find someone to repair the damage, and feel it would be unfair to reduce the score from 5 stars as the damage was hardly done on purpose.
Overall, worthy of 5 stars.
