Fantastic customer service from Yvonne very helpful and polite and the delivery men were brilliant nothing was too much trouble a fantastic service all round .I would recommend this shop .

Helpful staff member Andrew was able to show use a good selection of mattresses with some excellent insight product knowledge
Also purchased a rise & recline lovely comfortable chair at a brilliant price so susubstantial saving in comparison to other chairs
Overall brilliant shopping experience I would definitely recommend a visit to check out their products and appreciate the good service

Had a fantastic experience purchasing a mattress from Dreams in Llansamlet. I initially dealt with Yvonne who went an above and beyond to find me the perfect mattress, which I needed for my back issues. Yvonne gave me a range of options, and was extremely friendly which put me at ease!
When I came back to purchase the mattress I dealt with Ian who again was friendly, knowledgable and made the experience totally stress free.

Staff at the store were knowlegable, professional and patient. Delivery staff were likewise plus efficient and respectful. No mess and no fuss there was absolutely no disruption.

Delivery was on time and the delivery crew were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made the delivery, took away my old mattress and the wrapping for my new one. The whole business was done within 5 minutes.

Store can be busy, use the sleep machine to help selected a matress rather than randomly selecting.

Very helpful team on arrival with good knowledge, allowed to browse but had to wait 15minz to use the machine to see what type of mattress was needed due to only 2 employees on and 4 customers. Had a different staff member when ready to purchase and was given different advice. First was told to buy the cheapest mattress as there was a 30 day guarantee and it was better to "trade up" if it wasn't right as there was no refund if we "traded down" on the guarantee. Second person advised to just go expense as that was always best, fortunately had a budget for the expensive and so far so good.
