Most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on!!
Had a new Tadley mattress on the 9th December the next morning I had a strained shoulder which is still painful!
I find the mattress hard and unforgiving very difficult to get comfortable
I am thinking of getting a topper to make the mattress more comfortable
I tried 3 mattress and chose the one which had some give in it this one seems so much harder than the one I chose
Can you suggest anything I can do?

We haven’t used the mattress yet as it’s for a guest bedroom. However, the young chap who served us was professional and very knowledgeable on their products, also polite and friendly.

Excellent store and Customer Service
We visited Dreams in Tamworth and met with James who was absolutely so amazing. He knew everything about the bed we wanted and couldn't of been more helpful.

Great service throughout
Great service throughout. The guidance from the shop helped me make the right decision. I was kept informed about delivery and the delivery team were respectful and did a good job. The two beds and mattresses are great.

The great experience.
The great experience was made by one of the best employees I have ever met in UK. The guy was so happy and knowledgeable and professional he just makes your day and helping you all the way. Also happy with the mattress. Just to mention this is from Tamworth.

Really fantastic individual service
Had two trips to Tamworth store and Katie and all staff were very helpful in helping us select great mattress and bed frame. This included getting a great deal on different savings.
