We went to Dreams Walton-On-Thames and the Sales assistant was helpful in identifying the right mattress for me to arranging delivery.
The delivery team were great and communicated the slot time of arrival.
The mattress itself is wonderful, buying a combination mattress.

Very helpful sales girl, gave good advice and not pushy at all. Tried out many mattresses finally chose a top of range on sale but still a few hundred pounds more than I expected to spend. Happy with our purchase quick delivery and installation and disposal of our old mattress.

I bought a new mattress.The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I went back several times and each time they were very welcoming..I also bought 2 pillows. I am delighted with both of my purchases

I ordered the wrong item, I ordered a firm mattress but should have ordered a soft but that was my fault not yours 😕

The mattress is excellent quality, and the delivery was faultless. The two guys who delivered and took away our old mattress were very polite and efficient and even took their shoes off before entering our property without being asked. Very professional.

Unfortunately the in store experience wasn’t so good. The customer service agent was lovely and very helpful. The only downside was the music in store was so loud we could hardly hear what she was saying, and my partner who has slight hearing loss couldn’t hear what she was saying so I had to keep repeating everything. They have an upstairs showroom which we couldn’t see as there are stairs and no lift access so restricted for customers with mobility issues.

The same qualities were evident in the delivery men who were within the time slot and kept me up to date re eta.
Careful when entering the bungalow,put on shoe covers and gave me a demonstration how to use the remote etc.

Came on the day of delivery, within the time frame. No issues at all. Was put in my hallway, as requested.

I had to replace my old mattress! Had a issues with the first one i bought from them but the customer service team went out of their way to rectify the problem and the delivery team were absolutely very courteous and professional in their work!

Delivery young men very helpful though early and we were not given a cover for our old mattress. A little difficulty zipping the two beds together.
The bed/beds are very comfortable.
