When choosing a mattress salesman spent time with me while testing the feel of the different choices. Never felt under pressure , very helpful. Delivery day was smooth took away old mattress and carefully put in the new one explained what to do re guarantee and what to do if not happy with the mattress. Felt that I was a valued customer. Good service all round.

I recently ordered a bed and mattress from my local Dreams shop in Walton for my new flat.
At home that evening I had more time to look at the order invoice and wasn't happy with it. I returned the next day and was served by Chris.
He really made every effort to resolve the
issues I wasn't happy with even making
several phone calls in the process.
However, one issue proved impossible despite his best efforts!
The bed I had chosen could only be delivered 3 days after I was scheduled to
move into my flat. As I contemplated
cancelling my order Chris offered to provide me with an air mattress for the 3 days as a goodwill gesture which I accepted.
The bed and mattress were duly delivered
and assembled by Mariuz, a equally customer friendly chap and his colleague.
He provided me with all the necessary information about the products while busy assembling the bed as how I would like it.
They left taking all the packagings and wrappings with them leaving the place clean and tidy.
I have since used the bed and I am very happy with it!

Shahyd helped us find the right mattress and was very accommodating and knowledgable about all the products. Really great experience and the quality of the mattress is amazing.

From the moment my parents and I walked in, Shahid was welcoming and suppirtive. My mum is having a hip replacement and needed a new bed. She was hesitant about if she’d find a suitable bed but Shahid was patient, kind and reassuring. He offered them water and concern throughout the purchasing experience which made a difference.
Shahid started by getting mum to lie on the “Sleepmatch” bed which takes measurements and proposes suitable beds. It proved very useful as we were able to then accurately find the perfect mattress (Therapur ActiGel Glacier 1600 D), Divan and Headboard thanks to Shahid. The buying experience was also excellent with Shahid taking his time to explain the breakdown of costs and we added on removal of old bed.

The mattress was OK but they gave me the impression they would take away the old one (I asked their representative if they would do so and he said "yes"). However when the new mattress arrived they said they could not take away the old one because I had not asked if they would do so! When I looked at the receipt it said I hadn't, too. They should have emailed me a receipt in the first instance - if they didn't this was initially because I had given the wrong email address, but they didn't when I rang and left a message with the right one, either! They also said they would contact me the day before delivery to let me know what time they were coming but they didn't do that, either! So there are areas that need improvement.

Ordering at Walton in Thames was a breeze with delivery dates confirmed. Added mattress to order after in store and this was added to the delivery.
The Delivery Men were excellent very tidy and polite.
