Surprisingly great service all the way from store to delivery. Would recommend them. Guys in Walton are very friendly and helpful.

The sales staff were polite and helpful, and the delivery men were the same, I was having carpet fitted, so the delivery men came back later so the carpet could be laid first, which I thought was very good of them

Could not fault the service of the Dreams delivery team . Text me twice to confirm time and were in and out in 4 mins ! With some bottles or water and Coke as a thank you .

We liked a real shop not a virtual one. The day we went we had an assistant that had only recently joined and he was not helped when your Internet access went down (so no confirmed delivery dates) and no credit cards worked. I went back the next day (~5 miles away) to sort it all out, when the new assistant was not on duty and a more experienced one was.

We had such good service at the Walton branch. Prakash took us through everything and gave us good advice about the mattress and pillows
My only gripe which isn’t their fault is the mattress did have an odour which has taken a while to go.

Good, friendly yet professional service

Fabulous service from Dreams from start to finish . Very knowledge helpful salesman Shahid in the shop in Walton on Thames . He was so polite not pushy and I felt he helped me but just the right bed for me . The bed was scheduled to be delivered a week later and it was just that . Gary x his colleague called and gave me an exact time for delivery on that Wednesday . It was delivered exactly at that time and put up in 20 minutes. They showed me how to move the bed and how to turn the mattress . They took away all the packaging . Their service was fabulous . So impressed with Dreams .

We have bought beds and mattresses from the store. Salim has been very professional in handling the sale and the after sale. He managed the delivery date well to suit our convenience.

Store assistant was helpful and knowlegble. Delivery was on time and within a week of order. Early days yet on sleep quality but we have 100day change policy.

We have been buying a new bed at the Walton-on-Thames branch. Great bed really happy with that. Many thanks to John for explaining everything and helping us to decide. I have to say doe that the rest of the staff working on that day was making us and other customers feel rather uncomfortable. Constantly making jokes and laughing whoever entered the store, very poor and unprofessional behaviour. Next time I would visit a different branch.
