We went to Dreams to look at replacing our old bed.
We went to Dreams to look at replacing our old bed 10years plus. We looked around the showroom and an assistant suggested we try a test bed for comfort. This bed measured us up for best comfort and suggested firmness etc.
We chose our new bed and a date was agreed for delivery including disposing of our old bed.
The new bed arrived on the agreed date and time. The delivery guys were great, recovered the old bed and installed the new bed in just over 35 minutes.
We have found the new bed very comfortable. Well done.

So helpful in the shop chose my mattress paid and booked delivery I was so easy mattress arrived on time the team delivered it and took our old one away with no problems what so ever I have recommended them to all my friends

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service , we were offered tea and coffee , the store manager in Watford spoke to us and understood what we wanted , he directed us to a wonderful assistant who’s name I can’t remember now ! They were very helpful. Mattress are brilliant. Thank you so much
