Very helpfull advice given at the time of purchase by Sales staff. (John) Kept informed about delivery. Item unpacked and placed where needed. Personnel were considerate and provided useful hints on how item should be cared for etc.

I was very pleased with the staff they were very helpful and polite. Showing me different types of mattresses and explained what one would suit me. They went abive and beyond.

From ordering the beds to delivery and setting my experience was first class. The beds were delivered on time and both set up within 20 minutes. Everyone was brilliant from start to finish.

From initial phone call to your store to placing the order, delivery and installation of the bed and subsequent good nights' sleep, it's all gone like a dream.

Can only give my views, parts missing so unable to assemble bed. Slept on sofa, for 3Rd nite now. No customer service waiting 3 days for a response , can only assume any positive feedback on here is fake.
