Fantastic Customer Experience
From the ordering stage in the store with Mollie to the delivery and build yesterday by Craig and his colleague it was just perfect. They went that bit extra stuggling to get the super king matress up the stairs but they managed to do it.
Everything was done exactly as we had hoped and could not be happier.

High standards of Service
Victor was welcoming and informative according to what we required for a new mattress for our spare room. We had previously spent a great deal of money only recently on one of your top quality mattresses and had received similar high quality standads of service.

I ordered October and if I didn't go in to the store I wouldn't have my beds now.

From stat to finish buying the bed was great experience. The sale advisor was helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The delivery service was equally good. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend the high quality service and will be be back to purchase in the future.
