We had to air the mattress
We had to air the mattress. Probably been rapped up in a plastic bag for a long time.
We had a funny smell. The smell is gone now after spraying refreshing spray.

The service provided in the store was second to none and we were provided with a thorough mattress check.
We were able to test various mattresses prior to purchase and full details of the service you offered.
The mattress we purchased was spot on and has been instrumental in us getting a great night sleep ever since!

Dreams come true
The bed frame and mattress was exactly what we wanted. We were shown both instore by the salesman. We werent pressurised in purchasing them which made us more comfortable to make the purchase.

Excellent help
Excellent help choosing the correct mattress. Delivery was excellent, I was given a two hour slot and a phone call giving an approximate delivery time. The delivery was on time and very helpful men, took the new mattress upstairs and took away the old mattress. Could not have done anything to improve the whole experience.

From store to delivery the staff were pleasant and helpful. I have always thought that mattresses are over priced, but the good lady is more than happy, so that's what counts.
