Shoe cabinet successes

Ordered a shoe cabinet in their flash sale - it was a very good deal. Took a couple of weeks to be shipped, however once shipped delivered smoothly. We were given a time frame. Good experience!

Now to assemble!

Ordered a bed that came without parts, unable to speak to customer service, fobbed off for nearly two months now with automated emails apologising but actually doing nothing
Stuck with a bed that is not fit for purpose

CANNOT GIVE A ZERO

Ordered a sofa that is in stock. Automated responses, sick of trying to call their IVR says 'operational and system challenges' thankfully I live in Leeds so will be making a visit.
Requested a refund and will be raising a complaint with British Trading Standards.
Shocking company and they have the audacity to send me marketing emails and text even though I have asked for my details to be removed.

Originally dates 3-7 working days for dispatch, here a month later and still not dispatched. Order delivery date still not expected for two months. No customer service to cancel order, so am stuck on the floor until they decide they can finally give me what I’ve paid for. Can’t even cancel and get a new bed because nobody responds to anything.

Terrible - STAY AWAY from this Company

Terrible customer service. Did not deliver item so i asked for a refund - they then sent me an email saying dispatched as a way of forcing me to accept late delivery. Have now asked for refund on all deliveries. They want to change £40 for refunding when i have not even recieved the item. No way of accessing customer service - con merchants !! Website is a labyrinth of avoiding customers and all emails are automated. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY and there is no way to refund or question your order !! STAY WELL CLEAR

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 9th of May for over £500 for several items, and made a payment.I have never had any communication, I have not recieved delievery, I have sent emails ( DUSK have never responded) ,made several calls waitied on hold for 30minutes, to be cut off each time once it gets to 30 minutes. I want to cancel my order and get my money back but cannot get hold of anyone to process this. Disgusting. Do not use.

Wish we could give -5 stars
We ordered a table back in January ..
3 times they gave us a delivery date never turned up
We had a phone call from the delivery company we have the legs but no top
Then 3 times after this on the phone and many emails each time they said they would have a delivery date are case was a priority.
Then they send this in July
I have had a further look in to your order and am so sorry to advise that your order has been affected by a sold out item.

Whilst our website does update to reflect this, sometimes on very rare occasions this does not happen fast enough prior to a customer being able to purchase.
[ 6 months TAKING THE P—- YOUR WESITE IS NOT UPDATED]

Unfortunately, as we no longer have stock available for this, a full refund has been processed back to the account you have paid from, the refunded amount should be back in your account in a few working days' time.

Please note, you will also receive a separate, automated email confirming the full refund details.

We would like to apologise again for any frustration or disappointment caused by this!

We had given our old table away thinking when they said it was being deliverd the next day have been using a small camping table
I have never known a company as bad as this …so many promises in 6 months

I will up date if they do refund or I am getting legal advice
The sad thing we really liked the table from the images so looking forward to it
could have been a such great company but failed every time

Update. No refund yet 5th June

Refund has given after a email from me saying BBC radio 4 researchers are looking for customers who have had problems with Dusk
We orderd a new table from a other online shop it was here the next day.
6 months experience with Dusk with many promises and nothing to show for it totally let down by them

Ordered January Delivered a bed without…

Ordered January Delivered a bed without all the parts. Constantly emailing them. Still no bed! Supposed to deliver this week and now cancelled, said it’s out of stock, it’s not! It’s still on their site but now more expensive than when I bought it. No mention of a refund. No response to my emails. Trading Standard need to be called in.

Deceivingly unreliable company

Having made an order for a small rug and a basket and was offered next day delivery for an additional cost.
I preceded with the purchase. 5 days later and having noticed it took them 3 days to process the order I still do not have my order
No sense from Dusk.
Avoid.
1000000 satisfied customers claimed.
More like 950000 disappointed and dissatisfied customers.

DELAYED DELIVERY + ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible Experience.
Ordered a bed with estimated delivery date which they have pushed by a WHOLE MONTH.

No phone number found online to impossible to call and resolve. I am sending emails but receiving no reply.

Absolutely horrible experience. The government should not allow such companies to operate in this country.

Completely UNACCEPTABLE

Dreadfully unhelpful customer service

Dreadfully unhelpful customer service. I complained about a flat double sheet I ordered being far smaller than other makes of flat double sheets. This sheet does NOT fit a double bed even though it’s advertised as such. Their customer services would not offer me a refund and basically said the measurements are on their website. Stupid me - I assumed they’d be a double sizeas they’re sold for a double bed! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered some towels

Ordered some towels, all showed as in stock but my order was only partially dispatched, when I looked on my account it said that the missing items would be delivered more than a month late, this is against the ordering online rules that says that orders must be delivered within 28 days. I contacted Dusk for a refund but had to reply to numerous emails to confirm that I don’t want a substitute I just want my money back. Why can’t they take the first email and act on it?

Please don’t order from DUSK

Please don’t order from this company. They cause nothing but a great amount of stress.

After having a previous issue with them, the start of the year. I had to claim back the money for my order from my bank - due to a service that was herendous. I didn’t receive my item and it was impossible to talk to a single person to get any information about it.

Finally, a member of customer service got in contact once this has started with my bank and apologised. Reassured me it wasn’t acceptable and promised standards moving forward would be nothing but the best. I was given a voucher as a good wheel gesture. Stupidly I made another order with them for a sideboard for my new home.

The sideboard was delivered last week, once opening the box it’s a completely different design. Not the one I fell in love with and ordered.

I’ve contacted DUSK, sending photos of what I’ve received, sending them photos of what I ordered and also both different side boards on their website.

Customer services have came back saying they can only deal with this if there is a fault with the furniture, broken or damaged and there is nothing they can do. They’ve stopped responding to my emails and I’ve tried reaching out to them on social media also, asking if someone can please call me so I can return the sideboard. I’ve explained how stressful this is, having a large item I didn’t order in the way and the inconvenience of not being able to unpack and sort out my new home. I explained I had Booked a week off work to try and get my home sorted, for me and my children. This should be a happy time for us and is now being ruined due to an awful service once again with this company. They don’t care.

This company needs to stop trading - I’ve honestly never known anything like it. I can’t even explain how stressed I am and how ill this is making me over the past few days. Please, save yourself the stress that they come with. It’s honestly not worth it.

Company doesn’t meet delivery dates

I bought my bed with a delivery date (not ‘estimated’ I’d like to add, but confirmed). No correspondence to tell me that the delivery would be late, just didn’t turn up.
No phone number found online to impossible to call and resolve much quicker than the email route I am having to go down, where replies are slow and vague. Still not come to a resolution after 3 weeks of emails.

Put simply: I would like the bed that I ordered to come ASAP or, a voucher code to buy another bed.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Still Waiting After a Month!

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dusk. Due to an error on their website, my delivery address was entered incorrectly. I notified them immediately, but it’s now been over a month and I’m still waiting for confirmation that the address has been updated.

Despite sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response, no resolution, and worst of all, no update on when – or if – my dining table is even being delivered.

This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company in 2025. I expected better communication and accountability. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly urge others to be cautious before making a purchase.

This is beyond comical/Do Not Buy

This is beyond comical! No delivery is made, you can't reach Dusk Customer Service! You fill in the contact form, it goes to space, you email, then receive notificatuon that their email box is full so the server can't deliver than call but it hangs up in you. Trading Standards should really shut them down. DO NOT BUY
