Do not buy anything from this company…

Do not buy anything from this company we are now months into an order of 2 bedside table and still no luck, they keep giving delivery days and don't deliver. Looks from their website that they are in trouble. Not even answering their emails and phones now so don't fall for it.

I ordered a pair of curtains

I ordered a pair of curtains, and was given a month delivery time. This got my back up, because it's just curtains?? Other than a confirmation email I had zero contact from dusk. The delivery date past and no curtains. I then began trying to contact them, which is was basically impossible. I checked the site and it was showing they were now offering next day delivery. I saw someone suggesting an Instagram DM was the best way to get in contact. They finally replied the curtains arrived 2 weeks later. My main problem with this company is why don't they just put, out of stock on products!? They run massive discounts and long delivery times. They must be playing catch up 100% of the time. I won't be using them again, and will be telling anyone thinking of ordering from them to shop else where.

Think twice

Item was due to be delivered by the 3rd May. The date passed with no update and no chest of drawers. I then received an email stating item would be delivered on the 13th May. No update and no chest of drawers.
Responses to emails are slow and frankly I don't trust this company. WIth their poor customer service and appalling reputation this company will eventually go into liquadation . Be warned!

Excellent and outstanding customer service, I hadn’t read the reviews before ordering and I showed a friend what I’d ordered and she said the reviews aren’t good so I was dreading having any issues but the problem was sorted promptly and I’m delighted with the outcome. Thank you

If I could give Dusk 0 stars I would

If I could give Dusk 0 stars I would. We ordered a huge amount of furniture from them in early February. The date which the furniture got delivered was not the date we initially picked. When the furniture was eventually delivered, a whole piece of our bed was missing. Trying to communicate with Dusk to get a replacement part was HUGELY time consuming, supremely frustrating and overall a terrible experience.
After 2.5 months, we were finally able to no longer sleep on the ground. When asking Dusk for compensation for this, they offered us £50 in points that can be used at their store which overall feels disrespectful.

ordered a bed and mattress and was given a delivery date, old bed was given away, delivery time came and went with no contact whatsoever. eventually told booking system failed and was given 2nd date 3 weeks away. bed came on the given date but it was light grey instead of the dark grey ordered. still failing to reply to answer my persistsant emails. I was given a miserly £60 voucher which had a use by date which i only saw just in time or i would have lost that too, My advice, go elsewhere !!

Excellent service.

Ordered a Quinn dining chair. As described, absolutely happy with communication. Extremely pleased with chair it was already assembled. Great chair for a reasonable price. Excellent service.

Total disregard for customers!

Despite an acknowledgement of my previous review and a commitment to look into the problem of my order on the 10th April...still nothing! This is shocking customer service. Extremely disappointing and not acceptable.

They don’t deserve 1 star. Ordered some furniture with a delivery date of 1 week in April. They took the money. No goods have been delivered. They are now saying delivery in July!!! Avoid at all costs

Order not delivered

Ordered two duvet covers in December. Estimated delivery has passed so tried emailing and calling but no response.
Still able to order duvet covers on website so why have they not fulfilled my order?
Terrible customer service!

Wish you could leave no stars for this company. We ordered 2 wardrobes, bed and dressing table. Unfortunately we received 3 boxes for the wardrobe instead of 2 and 1 for the bed instead of 2. This was 2 weeks ago. After emails and phone calls every day being told it will be resolved by the end of the day. Called again today and still nothing. Normal company's would just deliver a replacement and pick up the wrong item. This doesn't seem to be the case. They are looking for the so-called lost item. Which was clearly just a mistake in their warehouse nothing to do with the delivery company. I will be asking for a refund and for them to pick up items. Then re ordering a bed for a proper company. With correct departments that can actually help you..... disgusting company will be reporting to trading standards

Unfortunately I can’t give 0*! Completely the wrong item was delivered. The only way to contact them is through the email. Took 24hours to get a response and was assured the correct item would be despatched and incorrect item collected. Replied to request an indication of how long this would take & followed that up with a further request for an update on this. 5 days later now. No response and no idea when our correct item will actually be delivered. Appalling service. Now plan on cancelling the order completely & just arranging a return and refund.

I wish I could give this company zero stars , terrible communication , item never arrived even for a scheduled delivery . They are now just ignoring my emails . Whole company needs to be shut down

5* WITH NIAMH

I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS I HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NIAMH WHO DEALT WITH MY ISSUE WITH PROFESSIONALISM & PROMPTNESS.
LETS HOPE WHEN MY REPLACEMENT 6 KITCHEN STORAGE JARS ARRIVE THEY WILL COME COMPLETE WITH THEIR WOODEN LIDS THE PREVIOUS JARS DID NOT, MAKING THEM UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

After having to leave a poor review to…

After having to leave a poor review to make this company resolve my issue, I am pleased that this has now happened and I have received my order. I also received a goodwill gesture without asking for anything. The problem could have been resolved more quickly if the “contact us” worked on the website.

Ordered bed 17th April, delivery was supposed to be early may , had email saying it's changed to 17th July.
Can't get hold of them to cancel!

I ordered a table

I ordered a table, waited nearly two weeks for delivery for the table to arrive completely smashed to bits. Contacted DUSK for a replacement to be told another 3 weeks wait. Therefore been left with no table (as I got rid of the old one in preparation for the new one) and a massive big box in my already small living room for nearly a month with no offer to come and collect before my new one arrives . My kids are having to eat on a towel on the floor, not ideal in the Easter holidays!!! Been offered nothing but dusk points to spend on the website to apologise. My living room is completely taken over with polyester and boxes with no sympathy from dusk. Avoid

EDIT -

Damaged table was finally collected last week after 3 weeks sat in my lounge, new delivery date was yesterday booked the day off work it was then cancelled. New day booked in today - table not arrived and should have been here between 8.30-10.30

No number to call dusk, nobody responding to my emails, tracking hasn’t moved since this morning saying on hold - another day booked off work and still a month later no table and my kids are eating on a towel on the bloody floor. 4 chairs sat in my living room with no table for my family to I sit on, spent the whole holidays in his way.

Avoid the company at all costs I’ll be going to trading standards and getting a full refund they have made me poorly

Update still no table or any contact from dusk absolute CROOKS 1st may now!!

I bought an otterman bed with a dual…

I bought an otterman bed with a dual mattress just a little over a year ago.
The bed arm keep getting stuck and as for the mattress it has sunk on both sides. I’ve tried contacting dusk for over 6mths now and no joy. I just don’t know what to do other than maybe take civil action against them. It’s not fair, I saved up for a year to be able to buy a new bed and this is the outcome - appalling!
