Dreadful returns policy. Absolute joke how much they charge to return an item. Clearly designed to put customers off of returning their crap items

I had terrible issues with GLS delivering my order, impossible to get in touch with but Easilocks was amazing and helped via WhatsApp getting the order to me without further delay! Love the headband wig, 3rd purchase! Great customer care, super friendly, thank you!

Had no tracking info eventually got through to be told order was getting reposted out so took over 2 weeks to come also had an item cancelled on order and delivery was very expensive!!

Love all your products but was dissapointed to be charged delivery when i spent over 70 pounds

No instructions included how to wear it. Your videos won't help either. It is very heavy to wear, it is hard to wear it. It tangles all the time. Hair looks very plasticky, not worth the money even with a discount. Of course you realise it only after opening and trying it on. And you cannot return it, because you opened the pack. Don't waste your money on it. Invest in real hair. Disappointment.

This company would not refund a defective item and was notified of the issue on the day or arrival and sent photographic proof. They then proceeded to tell me that they would cover post and package fees if sent back to Dublin which I did. They then told me when they received the item that they would not reimburse postal fees and that they would only send it back. This company was reported to the CCPC. I reccomend to anyone experiencing issues to do the same its a very straightforward process. This will lead to the company being investigated for breaking a number of Irish and UK consumer protection laws. To anyone struggling to receive a refund and feel they have been wronged by this company , you can contact your bank and request a chargeback. Your bank will walk you through this process it’s very straightforward.

Delivery was really quick. Product is great quality and good amount of clip ins in the packet. Colour is perfect too.

I bought the 14" balayage wavy ponytail as I am worn out with extensions and it is hands down the best most easy to style, nicest colour and natural clip I have ever bought. Highly recommend, its thick, the hair feels luxurious and the mix of colours makes it so natural looking. I have bought most of Easilocks wigs and clips over the last few years & always been happy but this is my absolute FAVE.
