I tried to book the Sheffield hotel for…

I tried to book the Sheffield hotel for a month ahead and at some point in the booking process it changed the booking to the following day which I only noticed after I had committed payment. I accidentally cancelled the booking. I attempted to contact them regarding my mistake but I received no reply to my request. Whilst it was a non refundable booking most companies would correct a mistake made in the booking process when notified immediately afterwards but obviously not EasyHotel..

Cardiff

Cardiff: Impossible to book online, terrible website, receptionist said that I can’t book over the phone (not her fault, just a crap company policy). Spent for ever trying every option but no button to complete the booking. Gave up and looked elsewhere: found another hotel and booked online easily, took 2 minutes max.

Ala suite d’une malencontreuse maladresse et en voulant juste rajouter les petits déjeuners à ma réservation d’1 nuit j’ai validé 3 nuits et comme j’étais certain d’effectuer le séjour, non remboursable et non modifiable (sic)....dès la réception du mail de confirmation qques après j’ai vu l’erreur et après avoir remué ciel et terre ....aucune solution amiable raisonnable ne m’à été proposé..
L’erreur est humaine sauf chez easy...
RIGUEUR EXTREME pour vos réservations ou FUYEZ ce type d’établissements....en plus les prix paraissent très allechants, mais Attention aux suppléments qui font vite monter la note....

Bar slecht

Bar slecht. We gaan hier nooit meer heen. Hele kleine kamer, bed stond tussen 2 muren zodat ik over m'n partner moest klimmen om uit bed te komen. Geen haken of kast voor je kleding. Het plafond had nog de bekistingsplaten zitten, niet afgewerkt. We hebben zelf handdoeken gepakt want er lag er maar 1 klaar. Overal lag stof en viezigheid. In de badkamer kon je je nauwelijks staan. Geen plankje waar je je toilettas kon zetten. Het enige wat wel goed was was de straal water in de douche cabine.
Hotel is véél te duur voor wat je krijgt. Ruim 300 euro voor 2 dagen. Schandalig duur!!!!

Je ne conseille a personne d'y aller .
Avec ma famille on a eu la plus malheureuse expèrience qu'on peut avoir dans un hotel plus jamais

⭐ Easy Hotel London Victoria

I stayed at Easy Hotel London Victoria for 2 nights while running the Vitality 10K.

On arrival I was welcomed by the reception team — they were kind, took my details quickly, and showed me where to go with my room card. The staff were consistently friendly during my stay, always saying hello and even stopping for a chat, which made me feel very welcome.

I booked a double “windowless” room. The room itself was small, more like a pod, but for me as a single traveller it was more than fine. It was very clean and had everything I needed: TV, aircon, and bathroom facilities.

Overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely book again when I return to London. Great value, great staff, and a comfortable base for my race weekend.

easy jet hotel and lastminute.com shame on yous

I didn't think when canselled the room by accident, it has said non refundable 156.71 euro for one night. I booked through lastminute.com, I have asked if they can refund or rebook the same date. I booked the hotel friday, Saturday the next day I cancelled. neither the hotel or lastminute .com don't know what to say, they keep telling contact them, the others keep contact the others, what a mess. How can you take someone's money .Karma will get both parties.

No fue fácil en el easy hotel

Me alojé en el easy hotel La sagrera en Barcelona durante un fin de semana. El check in era a las 15 hrs, yo había llegado 8 horas antes a Barcelona. A las 11:30 solicité ingresar antes a la habitación lo que pude hacer pagando por ello. En la habitación no había armario, solo 4 colgadores en la pared, lo que resultó ser standard en este hotel. La ventana no se podía abrir y en la ducha me habían dejado una botella vacía de gel.

Easyhotel is anything but easy.

A bad experience with customer service that has left me with the real prospect of being left without somewhere to stay in Birmingham and out of pocket, I do not recommend them.
They may be fine as a place to stay but in our experience, when something goes wrong Easyhotel are anything but easy.
We booked a room at the Easyhotel in Birmingham, cheap, no windows, non-refundable (we’re on a budget) and in 2025 this should be straightforward. Booking was, via @bookingcom except when the receipt came through it stated that we need photo ID. There was no mention of this on the booking page that we could find, and never before come across this for UK domestic travel.
No problem, just contact them and explain the situation.
Their suggestion that I just bring a passport or driver’s license in response to ‘I don’t have photo ID’ demonstrates a level of crass stupidity that would make an AI wince. It was clear they didn’t care. They were more concerned they could be liable and may have to refund the money as we pointed out that this was not CLEARLY stated on the booking form.
Apparently, it IS on the booking form – it only took them 2 days to find it, it’s that explicit. Remember this is customer service, they should know these things. It’s right down at the very bottom of the long page in a section entitled HOUSE RULES and easily missed. It does say that photo ID is required for check in (it doesn’t say whose or what is acceptable.)
I actually have a photo ID but don’t think of it as such, though it should be – name, photograph and was issued by the GLA (after having provided suitable proof of age and address.) Despite sending them a photograph and information about it, I have heard nothing back.
Where they have been good, and have to give them credit for this, top rating, is making sure that they aren’t liable for anything. Resolving the issue? No interest at all.
No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. How companies work to resolve those mistakes is the difference between recommending them or avoiding them.
Easyhotel is one to definitely avoid.

Site changed booking date and charged in full

I was booking the hotel a month in advance. The site 'updated the payments' whilst in the website cart and changed the dates to this month. Charged me full, can't change or get refund.
Having experimented again I see this happens EVERYTIME you book - you put in the date, the cart needs updating and the date changes which is easily missed. It's a scam, it's been designed to mislead and take money.

Getting ahold of Easyhotel is hard when you manage to find the email helpline they agree to change for a fee of £23.

10/10 amazing experience

I found myself in a bit of a predicament last night, locked out of my flat with no out-of-hours number for my estate agent. Thankfully, this hotel was a true lifesaver!

Despite it being nearly midnight when I finally booked, the process was incredibly smooth, and they had rooms readily available. The £99 online rate for such a last-minute booking felt very reasonable, though I imagine you could snag an even better deal by booking in advance.

The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. A small tip for late arrivals like myself: the main doors are locked unless you have a keycard, so you might need to give a friendly wave to a staff member to let you in.

My room was spotlessly clean and of decent quality. While a little on the small side, it would be absolutely perfect for a solo traveler or a couple exploring beautiful Cardiff. The bathroom was well-equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

One thing to note is the lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities, but honestly, I preferred the unlimited hot drinks machine downstairs – a fantastic perk!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and was so grateful to find such a safe and comfortable place to stay during a moment of unexpected hardship. 10/10 – highly recommend!

easyHotel RUTHLESS to the BONE

DO ! NOT! BOOK! WITH easyHotel Glasgow
My brother was delayed through no fault of his own. The offshore rig he was stationed on was locked downdue to fog and unsafe for his helicopter to land.
easyHotel would NOT CHANGE HIS DATES AND WAS NOT COMPENSAYED IN ANY WAY...CLEARLY THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS ZERO...DONT BOOK WITH THEM 😡😡😡😡😡😡

If only there was an option for no…

If only there was an option for no stars. The room was described as disabled accessible yet the shower flooded the bathroom, the sink waste leaked on to my wife's shoes as she was cleaning her teeth, cheap nasty toilet paper, no provisions for a drink apart from going down to reception and buying one from a machine. The bed was so low to the floor it was really difficult to get down onto the mattress. £274 for a box room with a mattress on the floor with nowhere to sit to do your hair or makeup

Easy hotels

If I could give zero stars they would be getting zero. Easyhotels (Oxford) are supposed to be budget hotels, I was charged the best part of £200 per night for a stay in what’s effectively a shoe box. There wasn’t even enough room for my luggage or to walk around the bed. There wasn’t even enough no windows in the room and the aircon sounded like a plane taking off.
The staff were unbelievably rude. The parking was £15 per night additional to the almost £200.
The hotel was rife with what seemed to be homeless drug takers as I saw several of them sitting in the street begging during the day then in the hotel corridors in the evening which the hotel is swipe card access.
There were also lots of delivery workers. Up all hours making noise all through the night and morning.
Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Honestly would not recommend Easyhotels to anyone.

Just think of all the reasons you don't…

Just think of all the reasons you don't want to fly with easyJet; they are the same reasons you don't want to stay in an easyJet hotel. Not even a plastic cup to drink water from. You have to slurp it out of the tap like a horse. Easyjet Oxford has the smallest window I've ever seen outside a medieval monastic punishment cell. The Aircon instructions say, on the one hand that it values green policies etc, then on the other that you can't turn it off after 9pm. The TV is determined that the date is the 23rd January 04:40, whereas it is actually the 6th July at 23.00, and the remote functionality is so useless that you can't change it's mind. No carpets, no wardrobe, nowhere to put your bag other than the floor. I'm not looking forward to the shower. £15 a night for parking. You might as well sleep in a barn
