SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.

Jodie is an absolute credit to the company! She was so helpful in assisting me find the right electric wheelchair. She ensured that I was comfortable and confident in using the chair. Her knowledge on the products is outstanding and her customer service is fabulous! Would highly recommend Eden mobility to anyone. Thank you Jodie for all your help and support. I now have freedom and independence and has made a huge difference to my life.

The pros and cons of each model were explained in detail to us, in an easy to understand way, Debbie was pleasant and knowledgeable resulting in an easier than expected experience for us. PS She has a great sense of humour (she needed it!)

Great service provided today by all the staff at Eden Mobility Bridlington. Kirsty was great from start to finish and made the process so easy. She was really informative and allowed by grandad to test drive as well. I would recommend Eden to anyone who wants a fuss free service with a smile.

Sophia and Amo were very friendly and…
Sophia and Amo were very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a suction hand grip for my shower and they were able to supply one. They checked that I knew how to use it. Then I was able to get discount as I am disabled (25% off). This helped even though it was a good price to start with. They made me feel at ease as I’m nervous round strangers.

Very satisfied customer
My friend and I visited Eden Mobility in Scarborough
to see if we could get a replacement star knob for a walker rollator which was missing and not ideal. We were on holiday and just visiting for day.
The assistant Camilla could not have been more helpful. She found one amongst misc spare parts and kindly fitted it. No charge was made and she refused any payment or gratuity.

No follow up for the outstanding.
We made a deal with the sales manager that an extra battery for my mobile scooter was included. When the scooter was delivered, it did not come with the extra battery. Having calling up many times for checking the outstanding battery status, difficult to reach to advisor. Leaving messages, no call back. Having some luck rarely talking to the advisors, all of them said they will follow up and call back to me. Not receiving any call more than a month and making almost dozens of calls! I hope it is not their normal way treating new customers and doing business.

Took my partner to look at wheelchairs
Took my partner to have a look at some wheelchairs. Both the staff Lucie and Laura were very helpful and had a lot of knowlage about the products.
They let my partner try out the chairs and we had a bit of a laugh witch was really nice

Excellent customer service
I went to Eden to have a look at different wheelchair options as my mobility has been getting worse.
Very friendly staff Laura showed me all the different chairs and let me try them all out. She was very helpful and not pushy at all as today was just a recon mission to find out prices and what I wanted ect.
Laura also told me about the coffee mornings which will be nice to attend will definitely be back ☺️

Great range of products & customer service
Dawn was a fabulous help today. Visited the store in the early stages of accepting my need to be an ambulatory wheelchair user. She was kind, polite & knowledgeable about the products on offer/what might be best for me, but more importantly made my experience much more comfortable than it might have been, by listening & understanding my situation. It’s taken me 6 years to work up the courage to enter a mobility shop and my encounter with Dawn makes me wonder what took me so long. Cannot recommend highly enough.
