Just such amazing customer service in heart of Somerset
Thank you to Craig and Edward !

Great experience, Craig couldn’t have been more helpful and we are delighted with our purchase. I would certainly buy from these guys again .

We are a Family Run Caravan Hire company. We always try and work with local, professional and reliable companies and Edward James Caravans are one of them. We purchased 3 caravans to expand our fleet and have been amazed by them. Professionally serviced and cleaned, great customer service and very helpful as well as friendly. We will definitely be back for more in the future and can’t recommend them enough.

We would 100% recommend Edward's James Caravans! Great communication over watsapp. We dealt with Craig, he was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! Can't wait to pick up our caravan!!

We bought our caravan from Edward James Caravans and had a really great experience. Craig was brilliant — friendly, easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. Communication was great throughout, and the caravan was perfect.

It came with the 2025 service and habitation check, including a full damp report and certification, which gave us real peace of mind. We also met Edward, which made it feel even more personal as a proper family-run business.

Six months down the line we’re still so happy — in fact, we’re already thinking about part exchanging for a bigger one! Highly recommend.

Well deserving of all their 5 star reviews. Good quality caravans at affordable prices. Professional friendly service from the team. I’m a complete newbie and Craig guided me through the process, giving me plenty of time to decide and happy to answer any question I asked.

Purchased my buccaneer Cruiser from Edward around 2 weeks ago the service from start to finish was outstanding was a pleasure doing business with him highly recommended to deal with thanks again from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Edward & Craig are outstanding. Our caravan is everything we wanted and more. Communication was far better than we expected. We 100% recommend.

We recently bought our buccaneer clipper from Edward James Caravan. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome, but a special shout-out has to go to Craig. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took his time to understand what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. When we collected the caravan everything was explained clearly, Edward and Craig guided us through the features of the Buccaneer Clipper. We have had a few questions since bringing the caravan home and Craig has always taken our calls and helped us. We felt confident in our decision throughout and will always recommend them.

Being complete newbies , guys at Edward James were absolutely fantastic! Took time to answer our questions even they were daft ones 🤣
On the handover Craig was brilliant, patience and commitment to show us everything and making sure we was happy.
💯 recommend these guys!

Craig was great when we went to pick up our caravan he was very friendly and helpful. The caravan is excellent everything works as it should would certainly recomend Edward James Caravans to anyone who needs a pre owned caravan. Thank you.

The caravan was purchased and delivered the next day. There were a few minor issues with it upon delivery but Edward was very quick to respond and ensure those issues were rectified. He always replies immediately at any time on any day. The service has been amazing and would definitely buy from him again.

Just bought a beautiful caravan from these guys. Edward, Paul & Andy are a brilliant team & we were made most welcome by them all. It was Craig’s 1st day,Hope he’s settling in now. Thanks so much for your help & also your continuing after sale communication Edward. Wishing you every success for the future. You deserve it!

10/10 customer service, caravan was just as described

Paul , Leah , Edward and Craig were very helpful when purchasing my new caravan, a lovely little family run business... cant recommend them enough.

Great guys, very helpful, excellent service. would definitely recommend to anyone

A great family business to buy our caravan from. The staff are very friendly, prices are very competitive and the service we received was excellent.
The caravans we looked at were all in very good condition. Our caravan had damp and habitation checks done before we had it delivered. This put our minds at rest, knowing that our purchase would last a long time.

Bought my 6 berth van from Edward a couple of months ago and I have to say I am delighted with it! Everything thing was as described and in great condition.
I put a lot of trust in Edwards description and videos that he sent as I travelled over from Belfast to collect the van which was a very long journey there and back. But was totally worth the journey
Great guy and company to deal with highly recommended 👍👍

Edward and Paul were very helpful. They got the caravan to me on time exactly when they said they would.
They are very helpful, it’s nice to deal with a family run business that’s done right

Edward and his team were so helpful. Caravans to suit all budgets and we purchased an immaculate 2 berth end bathroom model. With habitation checks done. We had been looking at other vans from other companies but no comparison, for quality price and excellent friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble ! We highly recommend Edward James and will return when looking to upgrade in future. Or if we need servicing or any repairs. A real pleasure to do business with this family company.

Paul, Edward and Leah were superb throughout.
Very friendly family run business.
Thank you!
