Excellent Service from Start to Finish

We had a fantastic experience with Edward James Caravans. From the moment we got in touch, they were incredibly helpful without being pushy – which we really appreciated. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others we looked at, and everything was exactly as described.

The communication throughout was great, and they delivered the caravan exactly when they said they would, which made the whole experience stress-free. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caravan. Thank you for such a smooth and professional service!

I bought a motorhome from Edward James caravans three weeks ago and although it had one or two issues, these were dealt with professionally and quickly. I can honestly say that I have bought many caravans and motorhomes over the last 50 years and this is the best I’ve dealt with so far! All calls were either answered immediately or returned quickly.
Many thanks would highly recommend.

Just fantastic from start to finish. Edward was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions and I had a lot!

Recently bought a 2018 coachman caravan from Edward. What stood out most was the prompt and efficient replies to messages and telephone calls. There was nothing that ask for didn't get resolved. Thank you very much, and I would definitely recommend edward james caravans.

Purchased our second caravan from here , was very good throughout from enquiring about caravan to sorting finance and on collection we got a full walk around and a free 2025 service with our caravan thanks to Paul and Edward.
Thanks Guys!

What a joy to deal with this small family business. From the first phone call to collecting our caravan Edward could not have been more helpful & encouraging building confidence & repour along the way. I had not seen the caravan before collection but everything was as described & seen in the photos and would not hesitate to recommend them. A fantastic trusted, friendly, family business - no regrets just plenty of smiles from us when sat in our new to us caravan.

Just sold my caravan to Edward James caravans. It was a very smooth and professional service. Gave me an honest appraisal of my caravan. I would highly recommend to anyone selling a caravan to go to this company first.

Five star treatment from this really friendly and helpful company. They took care to show us round our chosen caravan explaining everything to us (this is our first caravan) we would definitely recommend Edward James Caravans to anyone looking for a caravan and would use them again should we fancy a change in the future - despite the 2.5 hour drive well worth it.

Enormous thanks for such impeccable service. Very professional and friendly, with high quality leisure vehicles. Will definitely return when it’s time to upgrade, and have already pointed friends and family in your direction. Spot on!

Loads of Caravans to look at helpful but not to pushy staff. They left us alone to look around on our own if we needed advice thay were there to help. Great price and choice. Would recommend this place !!!!

Really nice helpful seller. He knew his stuff and was not pushy at all. He happily answered any questions I had and he gave us all the time we needed. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service received no pushy salesman and very polite. Highly recommend.

Absolute amazing service by the guys at Edward James.
We bought our first caravan from them in March 2024 , and were so impressed with them that it was a no brainer to upgrade and purchase the second larger caravan from them in Jan 2025 .
Both caravans were purchased direct from the ad (and without viewing or seeing them physically), which should have been a gamble, but both caravans on delivery exceeded expectations .
Fantastic service and support all the way through.
See you again for the next upgrade !

Recently brought An Auto-trial Tracker Motorhome from Edward which we are very pleased with . Had a few miner issues which Edward soon sorted with no hassle a top class service and will use again when the time for an upgrade is due.

Edward James Caravans provide an excellent, friendly service. The whole team are ready to listen to the customer and they offer a first class service, giving reliable advice regarding purchasing a caravan to meet your needs . Importantly, the after sales care and support offered is thoughtful, practical and highly efficient.
We highly recommend them to anyone seeking to buy a caravan in the Devon area

Very nice caravans very nice man very nice service

Very satisfied with the service. I had not seen the caravan before purchase, which was a risk. But all was as described. Edward stayed late to show me the caravan, he took me through all the operation. The following day another rep for the company resolved a small issue with the setup. All communication was prompt and clear via WhatsApp. Highly recommend, they are professionals.

Very helpful from start to finish. Was honest and upfront about everything so we knew what to expect when buying the motorhome. Checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend!
