Nightmare trying to contact this company
Trying to contact this company when your order isn’t complete is impossible. They have a phone number but they do not answer it. They did eventually respond to an email after several days. Products that were in stock when ordered took weeks to arrive. Really poor communication, would think twice before using again

Avoid!!
I ordered the items on a 2-3 day delivery. 1 month later and chasing numerous times, they cancelled my ordered and refused to provide a suitable alternative. Awful customer service, I won’t be using them again!!

Poor service
I have ordered stock that was specifically stated to be next day delivery. I ordered at 9.50am on Thurs. At 4.05pm on Friday, I received an email from DHL saying that they had info about a delivery but Electrical counter hadn't dispatched yet.
I specifically chose Electrical counter and those items because it said next day delivery. It feels like there is no procedure to recognise that and they just dispatch whenever. I've had this issue before with other items that werent next day but 2-3 days. They haven't actually had them in stock and I've been waiting over a week and they haven't bothered to communicate that they don't actually have them in stock. Basically their internal and external communication needs improving.
