Fast delivery and arrived in good condition. Not many sites had this switch. Glad they did. My customer was extremely happy we found this one which was keenly priced.

They kept me informed all the way though the delivery and delivered on the day that they said they would. The price was reasonable. The products I bought are very good quality. I will definitely be buying again from them. And i would definitely recommend this company

Frequently place orders with them as they are very good on price and have a good delivery time, especially withh the amount we order in 1 go.

Downsides are that they mix all of the stock as it arrives so you have mixed boxes of items rather than full ones. They also will substitute the items you have ordered for something similar without asking if that is okay.

When you call them the team are friendly and seem helpful, but still awaiting a response from the issues I had last week, so shall see if something happens.

Smooth on line transaction prompt delivery

Ordered some switches and sockets online on the Saturday and by the Thursday I still hadn't received them nor any info about when they would be sent out. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that they were behind in the warehouse and that they "should" be dispatched that day (funny, that). I explained that I already had an electrician booked for the Friday morning but they just didn't seem bothered at all. After much complaining over the phone, the person said they could put them down as a priority, which would mean they would definitely go out that day. So there was a chance they wouldn't have anyway! Finally arrived but after the electrician had already finished and left so now I have to get them back again. Won't ever use Electrical Counter again.

We ordered about 10 items a month ago. Tooks weeks to deliver and only got half the items on there. They insisted they would send out the rest of the goods, 10 days later still not got them. Don't reply to emails properly, don't answer calls. Awful

Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone at all. Same with emails. So you just have no way to reach them in case of a problem. Delivery timing is false, I ordered items with 2-3 days delivery, a week has passed - and nothing has been delivered. Just terrible

We experienced an issue with receipt of our delivery. Initial contact with yourselves was good. Then radio silence. No email response, no answering phone calls or voice messages. I am still without my goods or a refund!

The itemI ordered was delivered promptly, but the wrong model (worth much more) had been shipped. I contacted Customer Services, and after brief email exchange, including a photo of the wrong item, a replacement item was promptly shipped and the wrong item returned post-free. A simple error, but quickly resolved to my satisfations with little delay. Well done under the circumstances.

We have been ordering a lot recently as we are doing up our house and changing our switches and plugs throughout. Everything has come to quickly and it’s all far cheaper than at Screwfix and toolstation!
We have only had one problem with one switch, which all I had to do was contact the team to request a replacement and were so friendly and sent one so quickly.
During this house Reno we have experienced quite a bit of bad customer service (when there haven’t been any problems) so it was very refreshing that everything was so smooth and easy here ☺️
Will definitely continue using them for this house and any other house we move to and renovate

The service was quick and well packaged. When the items arrived, I had made a mistake with the colour and reordered a different shade. The return system was excellent and easy to use. Recommended.

I recently placed and order with the company and have tried several times to get through to them on the phone however each time I am cut off, there is no reason for this, it states they are busy and I am on hold, this has happened six times trying to contact them. I wish I had known this prior to placing an order, they obviously have no customer service to answer questions and queries .

Ordered these items two weeks ago based on the advertised next-day/2–3 day delivery. I received no updates at all and had to call today just to find out what was happening. Poor communication throughout, and if I'd known there would be such a delay, I would have ordered elsewhere and had the items by now. Very disappointing.

I ordered the materials, and the company stated they would be dispatched the next day. However, three days later, they sent an email stating that the delivery would take another two months.

Received goods on time but think the box could have been alot stronger because of weight of the switches and sockets.

I needed an unusual dimmer switch which they had in stock.
