Excellent price and timely delivery

I chose this vendor because they had good range on their website and good prices. Unfortunately, they don't carry stock of a lot of it. It's advertised as 2-3 days delivery but what this actually means is they'll order it from their suppliers and will delay the entire order until it's all in stock. So even if most things are "next day", by default they won't send any of it until they have the lot. What's more annoying is they don't communicate this until you phone up to ask where the delivery is and then they tell you it's on hold. They did subsequently send the in stock items and put the rest on back order, but it was still too late. Nice people on the phone but I think the way they sort dispatch leaves a lot to be desired. Twice I have had electricians turn up without the stuff to fit because sadly the Electrical Counter has let me down.

I’ld looked on other websites and found this lamp on The Electrical Counter at a very competitive price. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and is really lovely!

Although the parcel was held up this was with DHL and not The Electrical Counter.

Very disappointed on how long the items ordered took to arrive after paying over the odds on delivery costs.

£10 to deliver 1 light fitting. Ordered Wednesday 27th August 9pm but not dispatched until Tuesday 3rd August after I emailed asking why it hadn't been dispatched yet. Delivery attempted 4th August, 6 full days after purchase. No other delivery option other than DHL £10 service and for it then to take 6 days from order to delivery attempt is poor in my opinion.

I ordered and the correct things arrived within 5 working days, have been fitted, work well and look fab! The sockets were more reasonable than most places too. Thanks very much. 😊

Good suppliers but sometimes takes up to 10 days to deliver basic materials which is ridiculous.

Nearly 3 weeks to deliver 1 item out of 5 after chasing via email - no comms. Finally delivered the remaining 4 out of 5 after chasing via phone - no comms.

Missed dispatch time despite ordering at 9am, then like so many companies nowadays let down by their delivery partner who couldn't find it on the van. Companies if you use Evri I will not use you again! May revise this rating down depending how long the refund takes to arrive.
