Missed dispatch time despite ordering at 9am, then like so many companies nowadays let down by their delivery partner who couldn't find it on the van. Companies if you use Evri I will not use you again! May revise this rating down depending how long the refund takes to arrive.

Quickly after making the order on 21st July, on 22nd I asked to cancel before dispatch. The same day 'Chloe" acknowledged my request and agreed a refund.
Two days later they dispatched the unwanted item

It took almost a week to ship out the items. Some of the items missing in the first delivery.

I rang up to see when the items would be delivered and was advised they weren't in stock but would be ordered Monday. They arrived Thursday and the customer service was excellent.
The products were exactly what was needed to complete my job.

We have used Electrical Counter several times over the past year. The products are as as we expected and orders were processed quickly and efficiently.

First order took around 1 week to arrive but the 2nd arrived next day after I spoke to them about it and came up with a solution and they happily accommodated my request which is rare these days. I ordered from this company as their service levels in reviews came out higher than other and they offer 30 days returns which is handy as I can return the unused items. The team on the phone are great at customer service as they are very friendly so they will get all the business from my developments moving forwards. Also in all a great company to deal with.
