Poor communication with delivery, received an email advising TV had been dispatched, 4 days later get a call at 4pm saying delivery 06:30-07:00 next day?! Thanks for the notice to change plans!

Guy turns up at 07:30 and tells me I need to help him carry it as it’s too big for him?!

75 inch TV, on the back of a transit van, no tail lift, one person to deliver is poor!!!!!! What if I couldn’t lift it or was unable to help?!

I tracked a particular LG tv to this company as a supplier. The tv was at a good price and together with a lengthy conversation with Scott who was most helpful with advice and assurances re' the Company, together with arranging the delivery, which was prompt by 'Red' their friendly inhouse driver. Scott even registered the 5 yr warranty for me ! Happy to recommend.

Probably the worst Company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered and paid for a new washing machine and dishwasher. 2 days later got told the dishwasher was out of stock, asked for a refund and the money took 8 days to arrive in my account. Apparently it was my job to chase Paypal for it.
Washing machine was delivered 6 days after the order was placed and didn't work, this is not their fault to be fair, somethings are just broken. Was told it would be best to get the manufacturer to look at it as it would be quicker than getting a replacement. Engineer arrived, said it's brand new so we're not looking at it, send it back.
I contacted the retailer to arrange for collection and a refund. Collection finally took place after 9 days and I'm still waiting for my refund.
Consumer law says you should get a refund within 14 days, it's been 15 now and as it's bank holiday weekend I probably won't get it until sometime next week.
It's been 4 weeks since my order and all I want now is for this nightmare experience to be over.

Caroline was fantastic. She was very sympathetic to the problems I had received from the care service but promptly sorted out my replacement with no fuss. She kept in contact with me throughout the process updating me almost daily. You really have a super valuable employee there!

My mum’s freezer arrived 5 days early at around 8pm. I received a text from the driver as agreed, but didn’t see it immediately as I wasn’t expecting it. My mother lives 50+ miles away is 88 and not in the best health. No one was available nearby to help so I called the driver and asked him to take the freezer inside for her. He agreed immediately. The whole process was smooth and on checking in with my mum she was happy and settled. I was so concerned that she was on her own taking in a delivery at that time of day, but Michael was great, her put the freezer exactly where she wanted it and put her at her ease.

I recently bought a fridge from Electrical Discount UK. Unfortunately, through no fault of the driver I was unable to receive my initial delivery. I contacted the driver and explained I had no working fridge and the weather was very hot. Michael Finnigan, the driver, returned a second time adding many driving hours to his day. Seeing I was elderly he even brought it into my kitchen and installed it for me. Thank you Michael

I was looking for a good quality cooker at the right price. I found exactly what I was looking for on Electrical Discount UK. There was a problem with the payment details (my Credit Card company was to blame), and I couldn't complete the process online. A gentleman (first name beginning with S) rang me within minutes to complete the order process 👍.

I am very happy with my experience with this company. Much recommended 👍.

The staff at Electrical Discount were very supportive with a problem we had with our new cooker on installation (a manufacturing issue). Between us we solved the problem and I was able to sort it very quickly. If I had not sorted it, they were about to replace the cooker immediately. Apart from all that, the cooker was much cheaper on Electrical Discount than with any other supplier.

Even though a customer service advisor called Caroline was great I have found overall service was next to “0”. I was expecting a delivery today, but delivery driver was unwell and couldn’t do the deliveries which is absolutely fine, things like these can happen what bothered me the most is no common decency to let me know. Why not a very quick email or a text to say that delivery is not coming, surely this is 10 seconds job. So I have to cancel the order as not willing to take a chance waiting around for another day.

Rang the store today regarding a product and their 'Price Match Promise' as per their website. Needless to say 'The Price Match Promise' does not exist. The store would not match the price, they offered to discount the item £30, some way short of the price their false advertising said they would match on their website.

Bought a freezer should have been delivered on 20 may 2023.only t find out van broke down and got t wait till Wednesday now.no body contacted me .I only found out when a rang driver for a 2hr slot .

The washing machine we picked was out of stock in white but, they offered an alternative colour (which was a bit more money which, they price matched it and it does look better than the white to be fair).

The machine was delivered however, it had recieved a little damage in transit. I emailed EDUK and within minutes, Scott (Blackburn store manager) called me to offer either a partial refund or exchange. We chose an exchange and he immediately got to work and arranged it all.

Scott is a top bloke; great customer service, friendly demeanor and professional attitude. I will definitely be using EDUK in the future thanks to Scott, his customer service and EDUK's great prices.

My drinks chiller was delivered today by Jimmy. What a lovely bloke he is. Calm as a cucumber, professional and friendly. If all delivery drivers were like Jimmy the world would be a better place. The fridge isn't working yet but it's unpacked and damage free. To top it off delivery was a day early which fitted in with my plans. Many thanks for sterling service.😀
