Terrible..stay away from this company! Scammers
Terrible. Do not trust this company. My bill skyrocketed from about $200 per month to over $700 a month unexpectedly . I signed up in July 2025 and by December my bill was over $2700. I only signed up because the representative from Pro Marketing Services, Kevin Frank Warner Jr from Ohio was renting from me and convinced me that it would have been a good idea. He was the one using the utilities at the time and left town without warning leaving me stuck with an enormous electric bill. I have been having trouble gettingnin touch with them as well. I am considering a class action suit. Predatory practices. Read the BBB reviews as well. Buyer beware!

Waarom kon ik enkel een contract voor 1 jaar afsluiten? Als men toch zo overtuigd is van de beste voorwaarden voor een contract? Het geeft me een onbehaaglijk gevoel in elk geval!
Ook het feit dat ik het uurverbruik niet op de app kan aflezen is een tegenvaller...

Fik leveret strøm fra energiselskabet elg. Men modtog så et brev, om de udgår fra markedet, men skriver jeg kan komme i fuel power på samme vilkår. Jeg vælger så at flytte til modstrøm i stedet. I dag modtager jeg så en regning fra energy Nordic på det dobbelte af, hvad jeg plejer betale. Bliver noget forvirret og ringer til dem, og spørger hvorfor. Damen jeg snakker med svaret meget flabet, at det har hun jo forklaret i brevet. Men hun godt kunne gøre det igen. Skal siges, det brev var underskrevet, en Michael. Jeg siger så jeg ikke forstår hvorfor, det er et andet navn, end energy Nordic og hvorfor prisen er dobbelt op. Når der bliver skrevet, det er på samme vilkår. Hun siger så, de aldrig har skrevet det ville være samme pris. Men jeg skal betale regningen, til trods for jeg er flyttet til andet selskab. Har sjældent oplevet så dårlig service, og en flabet medarbejder før. Og glad for, jeg ikke skal have leveret el fra dem!

Fast response to e-mails. Very correct and to the point. I only regret that hourly/daily electricity production/consomption can not be read from Energy Nordic (EN) app, after all it’s with EN that I have a contract. Now I have to rely again on Endesa, and God knows how bad that is
