Lovely bracelet, but came in a jiffy bag loose, the English Heritage shop said it came in a box, this was a gift and didnt look as nice just attached to a card tag

Ordering online very easy and the products were both excellent - well worth the price.

I have purchased Mead from English Heritage on more than one occasion. The Mead is excellent and the delivery is also perfect.

Item was reasonable price, posted quickly and well packaged. Very pleased, would buy from again.

Great jigsaws. Arrived in a timely manner, with full delivery information provided. Was a slight challenge in ordering as not all discounts/ free postage added to order, but it did work out in the end

I thought it might be useful to buy the EH Guide Books in advance of a visit to Eltham Palace. Reading about the site would to understand what you are viewing when actually present. EH despatched the book immediately after ordering and I received it the following day, carefully packaged.

Prompt delivery of childrens' Christmas gifts that were good value and educational

Brilliant service as ever, ordered my gifts one morning and they were delivered the next morning, so quick and just before Christmas too :)

Yet again the goods were of great quality, the replica helmet is true to the original, came well protected in the packaging, which was probably a good thing as the box exterior was damaged and I feared the worst, it was saved due to the care taken to wrap it it in bubble wrap properly, it was also well oiled and in fantastic condition.

The Trilithon stone silver earrings are beautiful, my wife will love them :)

Easy to order on the website, arrived quickly would use again very happy
