Booking Date Changed with No Problems
I accidentally booked a visit to one of the heritage sites for the wrong date. I contacted English Heritage's customer service immediately, and they resolved the issue without any problems. My booking dates were changed quickly, and I received my new vouchers right away. Excellent customer service!

Always great staff and very polite
Always great staff and very polite. When I have contacted the English Heritage Office I have always recieved a quick and full reply. Also their sites are well looked after and their Cafes are clean and lovely food is served. I / we will carry on being Members.

I rang today to cancel a membership…
I rang today to cancel a membership that I bought as a present but someone had the same idea!
I contacted English Heritage who straight away cancelled my membership present and emailed to say it will be refunded within 28 days. Polite lady on the phone too. Thank you.

Brilliant inclusivity
Yesterday I took my deaf friend to a tour of Stonehenge in BSL (British Sign Language). I'm so grateful to English Heritage for their inclusivity and organising this tour. My friend had never visited before and knew very little about the history of Stonehenge, she was amazed to discover just how old and huge it is! The tour guides were both brilliant. As a hearing person I also found the whole experience very interesting. Thank you and well done English Heritage.
