Ernest Jones - Derby Opiniões 

I’m doing this review straight after purchase so until my item arrives I’m very sceptical of ordering on line because I always think is this a scam until my item arrives at my door sorry if this is not what you wanted in a review but it’s an honest one

The details of the necklace was not as help as I would of liked but I was able to chat online to get answers and further details.

I'd been given lots of advice on where to take my 1974 Omega watch for a complete overhaul...usually along the lines of "You must take it to Jack in Birmingham....." etc, etc !! On the spur of the moment, I went into Ernest Jones in Derby. I was given a fixed price by Vicki. Unbelievably, my watch, if necessary, would be sent to Omega in Switzerland and, within reason, the fixed price would include parts. I've just picked it up and it looks like new.....a new box, all the replaced parts in a sealed bag and a 2 year guarantee. The price was CONSIDERABLY lower than the quotes from private repairers. If you need a vintage timepiece sorting out, I can't recommend Ernest Jones highly enough...and thanks Vicki!

Went into the derby store on Saturday, and a female member of staff was incredibly rude and accused me of threatening her. The manager was somewhat better, but also threatened to refuse to deal with my issue at one point after the first member of staff was so rude she wound me up, and then the manager who was in the back at the time of the incident was clearly on the member of staffs side. This was all because my partner has a watch which keeps stopping, and I visited the store a week before and told a male member of staff the issue, and that I had taken the watch to have the battery replaced twice and he said that’s fine we will still sort it. When I came in this weekend the women basically told me because I have had the battery changed myself they won’t do it in quite an aggressive manner, to which I replied I will get it sorted one way or another and she then said I threatened her. Thanks to the manners of this member of staff customers walked out of the store. The manager half dealt with the issue but at first wasn’t very professional herself. I also had my two year old daughter with me at the time in question. I’d be very embarrassed if my employee spoke to customers the way she did. I don’t think Iv ever left a bad review in my life, but this is deserved.

Lovely helpful staff and excellent communication from the company regarding my order.

I bought my daughter for her Birthday a fabulous gold bracelet from Earnest Jones. The assistant was very patient with me and answered all my questions regarding the bracelet ie the fastening as the fastener was a gold ball that slides down to take off and up to tighten onto the wrist. i also asked the question that 'is all of the bracelet 9 carat gold' she told me yes it is. The answers convinced me to buy the bracelet which i am so glad i did and my daughter absolutely loves the style of her gold bracelet.

I ordered online and it arrived at my door within 48hrs, unfortunately it was to small and had to return it so I popped in the nearest store to me and they measured my finger and reordered the correct size for me which arrived by post next day.

i cant thank the lady at your Derby branch enough (sorry i cant remember her name).
I was a distraught bride that had only a week before my wedding and H Samuels were so rude and unhelpful about the rings i had previously brought from them that were the wrong size so i went to Ernest \Jones and she was wonderful....so much that i brought my husbands watch from there at the same time.
i will always come to you from now on for jewelery.
