Ernest Jones - Plymouth Opiniões

Amazing service in the Plymouth store. The staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough for you!! Very thoughtful and professional ladies. Would recommend to anyone buying jewellery or watches.

Everyone was very caring and was happy to help in anyway. Really good customer service.

Stunning bracelet, beautifully packaged and excellent customer service.

Staff very helpful and friendly, also enjoyed a chat and generally a good laugh, will definitely go back

Very helpful staff and very accommodating

The lady that served us was very informative and polite and made the whole experience easy. Was far cheaper than the jewellers a few doors down for the exact items

The branch in Plymouth and the manager were brilliant. Helpful and very familiar with what they’re selling.

Carly was fantastic, every time I have visited the store she has been attentive and knowledgeable. A credit to the store!

The lady that helped me choose the bracelet tried it on for me with a similar option which really helped me make up my mind. It was an anniversary present and she told me it was her wedding anniversary that day. A pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Amazing service!! Friendly and professional!

Carly at Ernest Jones is absolutely amazing, very personal with our wedding rings and also very helpful. Customer care was top notch and would recommend Ernest Jones, Plymouth to anyone. A clean professional shop with lovely staff. 11 out of 10 for me.

Fantastic service when shopping at the Drake Circus Plymouth store. Our request was slightly unusual.. a ring that wasn’t an engagement ring or wedding ring but an in between. The lady who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We bought the perfect ring for the occasion and it was delivered quickly!

Could have been much much better, we weren't really given the time of day until we committed to buy something for £1000 and one member of staff disappeared without explanation to another customer as soon as they walked int he door, until then we'd sort of been treated like an inconvenience. I wouldn't say it ruined the buying experience as she's happy with the ring but it certainly wasn't great

Member of staff was very helpful, I felt very safe as a mooted number of shoppers were in the store. I would return to the store again.

Very pleasant lady and attentive. Made picking a special piece of jewellery in remembrance of a person dear to my daughter and I a good experience.
