This is about their rewards scheme, basically so their product prices come close to competing with other retailers. I bought a Bosch vacuum from my local store Wilmers, Pulborough 5* for them as they are amazing. I wanted to give them the business, even though the price was more than £50 over that of John Lewis. I applied to Euronics for a £45 cash back/reward that was supposed to take 28 days. Nothing arrived by that time so I emailed them. They said sorry, it was on the way. It wasn’t, so 2 weeks later I sent another email. They have just replied (45 days into this) to say there is a delay and they are working on it. No kidding. I think they don’t want to pay me and are hoping I’ll forget.

Well you’ve all seen the reply. Another load of rubbish and buck passing. They know what my claim number is, I’ve sent it to them often enough.

Update:
I’ve re sent my claim number. Let’s see what happens after they have “reached out” to 365incentives.

Went into Penryn shop on Wednesday, really helpful knowledgeable staff helped me to choose a washing machine. It was delivered, old one taken out and new one plumbed in so efficiently and by really good blokes. Highly recommend. Tumble dryer next!

Bought fridge to be delivered today,local dealer said he may get it next week. Why you promise delivery and don't have appliances in local stock?Last time I did some business with you!

Ordered a Condenser Tumble Dryer from Euronics, as it had 'estimated' delivery date in three days time. Phone call the next day from local dealer saying that delivery will in fact be over a month away, as there is a shortage of tumble dryers, and they already have 10 on their wating list. Not complaining about the dealer, but Euronics should not be advertising totally inaccurate delivery dates when they don't have the stock.

Did everything that you said. Despite your promises, no-one at your Customer Services has bothered to get in touch, two weeks later. Apalling Customer Services. Going to make formal complaint to Advertising Standards Agency.

I would have given zero starts but there are is no potion to do so.
After paying a £25 call out charge, we were given a visit time of between 1pm and 4pm to look at repairing a washing machine. No one called.
When we contacted them we were told someone was there at 3:25pm and knocked and rang the doorbell. Strange as someone was in all day and we don’t have a door bell. It was then rearranged for between2 and 3pm on the Saturday. Again no one called or rang us. Nor did they respond to emails.
We had to go to the shop to get a refund.
Real shame as we want to shop local. But completely unreliable and useless.
Avoid them. We won’t be using them again and will advise friends of the same.

I ordered a Bosch tumble dryer on 30/1/24 and was contacted the same day by the local agent to say unfortunately the only one left was the display model and the door was scratched. The order was therefore cancelled and fairly quickly had confirmation a refund was being processed. Unfortunately as at 13/2/24 no refund has been received. I know they say to allow 5-10 working days but this is ridiculous. I phoned Euronics on 12/2/24 to seek confirmation that the refund has actually been processed and hasn’t slipped through the net. This couldn’t be confirmed either way and an email was being sent to their finance dept and I’ve heard nothing since. I phoned again today and apparently the system is now showing something but still no refund. I suspect in reality this refund hadn’t been processed until I phoned. Trouble is £429 is a lot of money to stand out of for such a long time. This experience has really put me off ordering from euronics again.

Great customer service ,store operative knowledgeable about items being viewed .I felt welcomed on entry to store with no pushy sales patter any questions asked answered . Item interested in checked for stock availability . All good ,item paid for and given an actual delivery time for next day. Contacted on the day to confirm delivery is 15mis away. Delivery driver very helpful and polite . I wish all purchases and deliveries were this easy. (Blackpool branch Oxford Square)

PESSIMO! MAI PIU' euronics!!!

Went into Brightmores of Burbage in Leicestershire for a washing machine. What a great service. Free delivery and we live in a first floor flat. In the past other companies don't want to know when you tell them. This place was brilliant. We went back the next day for a cooker hob and they even carried it out to the car for us. Thanks again Brightmores.

I would like to look at the products on euronics website but I have to put in my postcode first. I do not want to do that. So I won't be even considering browsing. Why insist on that.

Great service when I went in store at the Cleveleys branch - really knowledgeable staff who advised me well on a replacement washing machine. Was delivered and fitted the next day. Superb :)

Went into Rileys in Bolsover 23rd of December my fridge freezer had broken down found one I wanted it was delivered 1 hour later many thanks to the lovely people in this shop also the people who delivered you saved my Christmas. Always friendly service would recommend to everyone

I cant speak highly enough about this company, The store i used is based in Nelson, Lancashire. Pete in sales handled all my questions, explaining everything along the way. He was kind and very responsive when i needed to double check things. Brian and his partner who fitted our dishwasher were both friendly and so helpful. They fit the dishwasher quickly with no disruption to our service. I cant thank the whole team enough for a flawless service. 10/10

Euronice (Donaghy Bros) sold me a 43" Samsung telling me it had a 5 year Warranty. When I tried to register it online and then twice by phone, Samsung told me the model sold to me only had a 1 year Warranty. Euronics/Donaghy Bros tell me it's my problem to sort! But Samsung repeatedly check model/serial No. and confirm only 1 year. I shouldn't have to sort this. Don't buy from Euronics OR Donaghy Bros! Service non=existent.
