Awful experience with this company - I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing.

Have tried emailing and have received responses, but they've been very delayed. I've been promised tracking details and delivery updates, but have received nothing. I've just tried calling and had to leave a voicemail.

Please sort out your customer experience as it's probably the worst I've dealt with - I'm going to keep trying to reach this company for a refund. It's ridiculous to be out of pocket and not even have the product I've paid for, with absolutely no explanation or communication.

Money taken for waterbutt kit, but still no goods received weeks later. I repeatedly phoned and emailed, but absolutely no response.
I cannot really recommend their online service, nor customer service.
Update, a few weeks later a large water butt arrived but with no indication it came from Evengreener. It seems sturdy and included some fittings but I had to buy a longer connecting pipe. Not fitted it yet.

Absolutely appalling customer service. No response to email, bar one, and no one answers the phone

Order placed 29 April. When I emailed on 13 May to chase delivery was told on 15 May that delivery would take place the following week. Have heard nothing since despite emailing and calling several times. Phone calls are automatically answered but then told that no-one is available and to leave a message.

Update - I paid using my Monzo account. I have just submitted a dispute claim and Monzo have refunded the amount I paid (£75). However, EvenGreener have until 9 October (18 weeks) to disagree with my dispute in which case Monzo will take back the money ......... I'll update on any outcome

Even though there were some issues, overall a very satisfactory company to do bussiness with.

Very good website with sufficient information to assist in making an informed purchase.

A special shout out to Emily, who was very helpful in sorting out problems.

It would be useful though to to review the delivery company delivering the waterbutts as they do not send any notifications and they have an absolutely awful website.

Will be a return customer.

Awful customer service. I ordered a waterbutt back in November 2023 and still waiting for it to be delivered! I have had no email confirmation or tracking number but they have taken the money for it! When I tried to call no one answers the phone, email response is really slow/poor.
When asking for a explanation for all the delay, I was told the website had been down due to the company going under and then being taken over. Still waiting for this to be resolved and a refund! Do not buy from this company, it is not worth the hassle!

Horrendous customer service. Seem to have good products but wouldn't use this company again. Had numerous chances to sort out the problem of a duplicate order created by them and charged to me, instead blaming me for ordering twice (orders were too close together to even physically manage this) and offered no solution to return item without large cost to myself. Turned out cheaper to sell the duplicate item on marketplace.

Product (compost bin) supplied was simple and sturdy. It required self assembly, but slotted together easily.

Also supplied was a rainwater diverter which I have yet to fit.

I placed my order on 2nd December and I still have not received it. I have not received any response to emails and phone calls are unanswered. There is a facility to leave a message, with the promise of an immediate call back, but no one has called. On looking at reviews, this is fairly typical of their customer service. I wish I had looked before placing the order. I really want my items but would never buy from this company again.

So pleased to be able to rescue our compost bin as some rotter had pinched the door

Took 18 working days / 24 days total to be delivered despite originally being told it would be 7-10 days. Had to chase delivery on a couple of occasions. Then when it did arrive I found it left on my doorstep at 7am.

I got a general refuse wheely bin from evengreener, and it is absolutely terrible, the rainwater collects on the concave lid, and every time you open the bin the water goes inside,,.
I would have given this bin ZERO stars if possible, AVOID THESE BINS AND GET A BETTER ONE FROM ELSEWHERE...
I tried to contact them, but it just says website unavailable,,
ONCE AGAIN,,, DO NOT BUY THESE BINS, OR YOU WILL BE AS SORRY AS I AM,,!!!!!
ps,,, I forgot to mention, when it arrived, one of the wheels wasn't locked in place, so it came off, and I had to fix that before using it,,

great company with good ethics and principle for the customer

Had a query on a composter and tried to ring several times. Left messages and telephone number and no one responded. Website also down for days.
Finally emailed but response was poor.

2nd water butt I have bought from evengreener. Great quality products and good prices. Very helpful service if any problems. Will definitely be using them in the future

Took about three weeks to arrive but it is good quality.

Water Butts of a certain size are difficult to come by. However, EvenGreener had plenty of choice and although the website stated delivery may take 21 days, it arrived within three days. Excellent service!

I'm always happy to order from EvenGreener as I know the products are good quality, reasonably priced and customer care is exemplary.

Great service on the phone when ordering. I ordered 2 double cloudburst 200 ltr water butt kitts. They arrived within the week, delivery service kept me well informed, amazing. Great prices too. I would have bought more but they had sold out, so probably purchase more in the spring. Thank you :)

Arrived promptly and well packed.

Friendly, helpful staff. I originally ordered a cover for a 210 litre water butt. The one that arrived was far too big, but I was able to return it and get the correct one without any trouble. Brilliant!
