It has taken 6weeks to arrive, with no prior indication of when it would be delivered. When it was delivered late on a Friday afternoon there was no rain diverter kit supplied. I now have a very large green bucket with a lid. Communication with the company has been slow and poor.

Can't fault order and delivery..spot on.
Reason it's only a 4 star is because the compost aerator isn't easy to use, doesn't do the job, so using a garden fork until I find something better. Other item was spot on.

I ordered and paid for a compost bin over a month ago and was assured it would be delivered last week. As yet I haven't received it. Poor service

I bought a set of bokashi bins quite a while back from Even Greener. They’ve been great, but then I left one to do its magic inside one of our garden sheds, where the rats got to it and gnawed a hole in the lid.
When I was looking to buy a replacement lid, your customer serviced said they didn’t sell them. But, they very kindly sent me one, for free!! Excellent service!

Week 6 and still no delivery. Ordered compost bins at the start of September and still no confirmed delivery date. Can only assume that products are being made in China and shipped to U.K. from there

Ordered a compost bin over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I had no contact from them after the initial order was placed. I contacted the company after a month to be told that it would be sent the following week… never arrived. No contact from the company again to explain. Contacted them again this week to be told it’s with a courier and will be delivered one day this week. No indication of when so we’ll see if it turns up. There are much better companies to deal with so won’t be using this one again I’m afraid

Returning customer. Happy with previous items and the present one is just as good. Excellent fast service.

Delivered on time, easy to assemble and collects rainwater as described

After agreeing, without difficulty but following the submission of proof of failure, to replace a faulty water butt, the delivery of the replacement was rather confused as my address was incorrect on two occasions. However the problems were soon resolved. I continue to use other EVerGreener products, which are of good quality, without difficulty.

2nd time we've bought from you , and service/ quality has been good both times.

Bought extra taps for butts purchased earlier.
Taps arrived separately in 2 deliveries on successive days but I was informed of the delay to the one type.

V pleased with the double green water butt package 2 x 100litre and no issues although I did choose to have a plumber fit the diversion. They are made in UK from recycled plastic which I think is good if you have no alt to plastic. Decent quality and look nice, good for smaller space. With the recent downpour they have filled rapidly and I’ve ordered two more to link up. More than my yearly water rates but it’s good to save the rain from overwhelming the drains, save drinking water and give it to the garden.

Items (twin pack of water butts and stands) ordered - 7th July took far too long to arrive, apparently were sent back to manufacturers twice.then when they did arrive, only One water butt delivered. When the r
2nd one arrived the stand was broken! . A replacement was sent, but upon arrival was a stand for large water butt, - my order was two small water butts.! Finally a week later on the 4th September the correct stand arrived and my order was complete.

I placed the order on 15th August (delivery between 14 and 28 days). I asked for the bin not to be delivered before 25th August....today is 20th September and it still hasn't been delivered. I chased and was assured it would be delivered last week. Yesterday (Tuesday) they said this week.
I can't comment on the product as it hasn't arrived.

Found this company from a flyer at work and as I wanted to do my bit for the planet and try to be abit more environmentally friendly and put less waste in landfill I took up the special offer for a standard compost bin cannot fault company delivered it promptly and kept me updated about bin

I contacted the company for replacement lids for the bokashi bins I had. They have been well used and were no longer quite airtight. The customer service was excellent and they despatched new ones straight away. Excellent follow up on really helpful products.

Good products. Made from recycled plastic which is why we chose them. Brilliant customer service. Resolved a small issue (not their fault) really quickly.

Excellent products which arrived quickly. One item was missing but a telephone call quickly resolved it without issue and the item arrived a few days later. No hesitation in recommending them
