First of all, the 50% off offer on the website was unbeatable after researching a number of other options, so good start! Delivery was well communicated and the chaps from the Bensons van were really lovely, friendly and helpful, and we've had AMAZING sleep since changing our matress. Perfect!

3/4 week delivery time ridiculous
3 week delivery time is ridiculous. But have had to reschedule and new time line is 4 week wait. You need to sort out your deliveries and outsource if necessary. Very disappointing and will probably not buy from you again as a result.

Everything as promised.
Delivery was exactly 2 weeks from the order date.
Their comms were good, mattress was delivered to the room (but not unpacked) and the old one was taken away.
The mattress was up to size in 6 hours but I left it in an aired room for another 24hrs to get the unpleasant smell to disappear.

Such a shame…
I’ve had an Eve Sleep mattress for 8 years and have been so impressed with the quality and comfort that I couldn’t resist buying a second. However, what’s let this latest Eve experience down is the extraordinary long delivery wait, with no warning during the online buying process. No idea why or reason given.
Such a shame that this quality product has not been supported by its logistics team. Still waiting now….

Not the first time we have bought from Eve and it was an infinitely better experience than another similar company. Been happy with our mattresses. The delivery was perfect. Very helpful and friendly drivers. I was told to look out for an email to mention them directly but didn’t receive one

We had tried a few mattresses so had in idea of what we wanted. The website was easy to navigate and find what we wanted. We let it stand 2 days before use and cannot complain, we are having a good sleep every night. Free memory foam pillows would have been nice as other companies do this, we brought some anyway. Overall a good efficient service.

Issues with delivery and availability…
Issues with delivery and availability of products resulted in a longer wait than expected. Do not fall for the 12-14th delivery window.
Having said that the product itself has been amazing. I usually have to turn in the night due to pain sleeping on one side. I only bought one of the budget flip mattresses but it is top quality and has resulted in undisturbed sleep
