The bed arrived promptly and I received a telephone call from the driver when he was 20 minutes away. The men took the mattress upstairs, unwrapped it and explained how long it would take to expand back into shape. Friendly and helpful. Comfortable night sleep. Very pleased with my purchase.

Second eve mattress I’ve slept on my new king size is on its way.
That’s the best reference anyone can give.

Delivered early, by nice delivery men, who were good communicators and very efficient. I haven't unfurled the matress yet, so I won't comment on that.

Got my mattress at long last. Arrived 2 weeks after order as advised. Smooth delivery. Jury is still out on how comfortable it is! Have slept on one before that I liked so let’s see

Ordered bed and premium hybrid mattress . First mattress received was full foam and the top didn’t unzip as stated on there website and one of there latest Facebook post. They quickly dispatched a new mattress this one said premium hybrid on the packaging but again looked exactly like the original one and the top did not unzip. (Time taken off work to wait for these deliveries) still waiting for a call back from a manager. Was guaranteed today but now I’m guaranteed tomorrow. (I’m not holding my breath) customer service are no help, initially I was told it depends on which matresss top is available at the time, regardless, it still doesn’t unzip. Infact the whole design and pattern of the 2 mattresses are exactly the same as what they sell on the benson for beds website “Eve hybrid uno” which are also half the price 🤷🏼‍♂️ nobody in customer service can explain why I’m receiving these mattresses and just tell me they have raised it internally. Well this is not good enough, this does not help me, the customer! If I don’t get this resolved tomorrow (next schedule “guaranteed” call from the manager) I will be pursuing this via the ombudsman. Also for anyone wondering. The all foam mattress was firmer than the hybrid.

Delivery was via Benson for beds who were prompt, helpful and friendly. Sorry, can’t remember the names of the two men who delivered my mattress, they were both very professional, called me 30 minutes ahead of delivery and everything went very smoothly.

Got given a delivery date to arrive nearly 2 months after order was made, I only got this after chasing them up after 3 weeks. No apology no good will gesture for expecting me to wait nearly 2 months! No delivery email sent until I chased them up, plenty of eve promo emails in my spam folder but certainly nothing about a delivery date. All in all what good are less expensive goods if you are unknowingly expecting to wait nearly 2 months, with no comms from Eve about any such delays. Utterly useless.

Best mattress I’ve ever had got one 7 years ago and just recently replaced it with a fresh one the same and it’s the best sleep again I’ve had the quality is outstanding

Very comfortable mattress. I was a bit unsure at first to buy online as you should always try a mattress first. That said I took a gamble and it has paid off. Very pleased with the mattress. It was very well priced and did not take long to arrive. Waited 24hrs for the mattress to settle as vac packed. Would by from Eve again

Well, ordering and delivering was a breeze. The Premium Hybrid Mattress looks great. As I only started to use two nights ago, too early to give a meaningful review but so far so good. Will give the mattress a chance to impress!

This mattress is not worth the 800 i paid for it 7 years ago.
Within the 100 day guarantee I had id made a complaint regarding the dipping in the middle. they sent a man round to 'check' the mattress and he of course disagreed with me and my complaint was rejected.
After 6 years I decided to buy a new sping coil mattress. I would not recommend this mattress for a long lasting performance or the company to take your complaint seriously.
This was a king size mattress for just myself, i split with my husband just after purchase, and i weigh around 75kg so i was hardly a huge burden on it.

Extremely disappointing experience with Eve Sleep.

The mattress developed visible dips and uneven areas far sooner than expected, making it uncomfortable and lacking proper support. Given the price and how it’s marketed, the quality simply doesn’t match up.

What made things worse was the inspection process handled by Emmiera Group. The agent insisted — despite our repeated objections — that the mattress had been “wetted,” yet provided no actual evidence. He also accused us of opening a zipper we didn’t even know existed. It felt like he was looking for excuses rather than properly assessing the faults.

Overall, clear defects have been dismissed, and responsibility has been avoided. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. Would not recommend.
