Buyer beware!
This is, simply, eBay for classic cars. They facilitate a sale, relying (unfortunately) on the honesty and honourability of the seller to describe the car accurately and realistically. Buyer beware! There is no comeback against incomplete, inaccurate or hyperbolic descriptions unless the lot is viewed in person by a prospective buyer, which may well be difficult or indeed impossible. It is, after all, why many people buy online. I bought a 'superb' car, in 'superb condition', 'excellent running order', driving 'exactly as expected', and 'ready to be enjoyed immediately'. It required £2000 of work to make it roadworthy, quite apart from the condition of the paintwork, inoperative remote keys, defunct distance sensors, etc. Do I feel foolish? Very. Will I do this again? Not anytime soon....

Great communication and prompt payment
When I sold my TVR Chimaera this year I found Evoke to be excellent at communicating and following up on their promises. They were efficient to deal with and funds were transferred promptly.
