Ordered an indoor pouffe and it is fantastic. Have to fight the missus for it because it’s so good. Fabric is very warm and comfy feeling. Well worth the money. Delivery was amazing especially considering it’s close to Christmas.

Initially very happy with our first Mighty B outdoor bean bag so purchased a second one. Unfortunately after just one full summer season, the colour faded significantly and UV light had weakened the fabric in one, until it tore in several places when moving it.
I would be VERY hesitant about another purchase.

I had a problem with a suede bean bag I purchased in May. Phoned the company and spoke to a really helpful man called David. Within minutes he had sorted the problem for me. Amazing customer service and I got to speak to a proper human after just one click to put me through to the correct department. Wish all companies were like this! Well done extreme lounging and thank you.

Excellent help and service with our order, they were also able to help with an older order made and helped to resolve an issue we had promptly and with great assistance and customer service. We will certainly be recommending and using this company in the future.

Bought from John Lewis last Xmas. Bean bag has lost all of its shape and is splitting at the seams.its an expensive product that does not deliver

Initially very pleased with this beanbag as comfortable and supportive. Unfortunately we've had it a year and a half with light usage and the cover has started breaking down and won't last much longer. Contacted customer services to see if we could buy a replacement cover to be told that they don't sell the covers seperately but here's 20% off to buy a new beanbag! What a joke and shows complete lack of confidence in their product. Needless to say I won't be buying a new beanbag from here only to have to throw it away in another 18 months. Unfortunately because of this I would recommend not using this company unless you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet!

I purchased a B-hammock online from a garden Centre. It’s was due to be delivered direct from extreme lounging. When it eventually turned up ie 1 month later it was quite badly scratched due to very poor packaging ie the thin plastic mesh you put around a wine bottle! It was supposed to be collected and replaced on the same day but this didn’t happen as promised by Riverside garden, it was actually collected then replaced the following week. I’ve just opened the replacement and this is also damaged. On this occasion the plastic foot has a 100mm crack. At £450 I expect better quality and service from both extreme lounging and The garden Centre but then we all know where this junk is made!!

This is a notch up from your average bean bag. Well designed and comfortable, the shape and filling combines to support back, head and neck really well. The fabric is warm and soft to the touch and the bag is robust and well made. It'll last a long time. Worth the investment over cheaper options in my opinion

Excellent customer service and product

I ordered an outdoor b-bag bundle in grey, mighty.

The following day I received an email to apologise that the items were out of stock until September. I was given the choice of waiting or amending the colour. As I was undecided regarding the colour, I was kindly sent a colour swatch of all the available colours and confirmation that none of the alternatives were out of stock. We opted for the sea blue.

The replacement bags were duly sent and arrived a day earlier than expected.

The bags themselves are great and comfortable. Perfect for our conservatory and outdoors.

The company offered one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. All queries by email were responded to very quickly and in a friendly manner, often within the hour.

It was a pleasure doing business with Extreme Lounging. I'd highly recommend.

I called and sent an email asking for the delivery time, how long it could take to get it delivered, on teh email and phone call they said it will takes 72 hours, not the 48 hours as per website. so, I order 2 Quilted B Bag and expected to get it in 72 hours, I got it 11 days latter and they are not the ones that i ordered, they sent a much cheaper model. Now i have to wait for collection and new ones to be sent, that could take 11 dyas again.
I can not remomend a service like that.
