I called at EZ living at Holywood Exchange today the 19/05/2026 , what a really good experience , I needed a few accessories as I am selling my house , I met one of ladies from the sales team Samantha Moffett who was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy so thank you, also the easy parking was a real bonus .

Sales person was polite and…
Sales person was polite and knowledgeable explaining the different types of product we were buying. She provided exactly when it would be delivered and she was 100% correct. The delivery was made, totally within the time scale, on the day, and we received a call 20 mins.in advance as promised. A super purchase from a great company. Thank You. And the mattress is very comfortable too

new bed with storage built by technician
My new bed arrived in Belfast and the technician Kirk arrived 2 mins after delivery to build it. He worked continuously and cleared away the packaging. The coffee table arrived at the same time and he added two legs too. Polite and friendly and knowledgeable as was his driver.

Chairs delivered with marks on the legs and paint coming off. Only option to complain , request new chairs is via email, no customer service over the phone.

Fabulous experience in store last week, John Rodgers was so helpful and friendly. He helped me get something that was out of reach and couldn’t have been kinder. The furniture was beautiful and I am happy with my purchases.

Great service
The member of staff that approached me was very warm and friendly. They helped me decide on what furniture to choose based from personal experience. Unfortunately I forget their name, but she had dark hair in a ponytail.
Then when I went to the point of sale, the assistant manager Rachael helped me with all the information on delivery.
I would recommend this branch at Holywood Exchange

Very supportive assistance.
We were looking for dining room chairs. My wife suffers with spinal issues, so therefore our choice of chair is very important. Samantha Moffett was very knowledgeable and took us through all of the available options and facilitated us to revisit several possibilities to allow us to make an informed choice. We found Samantha to be very supportive, and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new furniture.

Buying a corner sofa
Great choice of furniture. Very helpful staff. Made sure to explain the current offers for customers. The whole transaction was very smooth and plenty of time given to make final choices. Dylan in the Holywood Exchange branch was extremely helpful.
