Fantastic service by Dylan Rhodes, normally doesn’t work in the bed department but went over and above to help at a time of day when the store was closing. Never rushed or pushed into buying. Very pleased with the level of service, help and professionalism from Dylan.

Holywood store well worth a visit
Just come back from the EZLiving store in Holywood Exchange. First, the store was beautifully laid out, with good lighting and signage. Whoever chose the diffuser scent should be applauded also. We were allowed to browse without being leapt on by a salesperson which we really appreciated. Help was on hand as soon as we needed it. We had spotted a nice marble topped table and Shaun Goldthorpe was ready and able to help. He knew the product extremely well, when it would arrive on order, how many had been ordered and how many had already been spoken for. No hard sell which we also appreciated and this worked as I not only bought the table but also the 5 year insurance package. A very able salesperson and a pleasurable shopping experience.

The amazing customer service
The amazing customer service, including accurate guidance and detailed advice in regard to all materials and service was above and beyond. I required after sales purchasing and the sales representative Samantha Moffett was amazing throughout the entire process.

Friday morning delivery
I want to thank Rachael at EZ Living Interiors for organising delivery of my new Ella suite and chair this morning. I had advised her earlier in the week that the only day convenient to me was Friday 24th April. We just bought a corner suite from EZ Living Holywood Exchange and were attended to by Phil Brannigan. As we have bought from Ez Living before we were glad that Phil was still there as he helped us so much in our previous purchase a few years back. Phil Brannigan is helpful, knowledgeable easy to chat to and helped so much with our purchase. Would definitely purchase again.

Sales person give us good advice on buying our mattress...
We bought a mattress in February and it was delivered last week, by our request . Not much can be said for the delivery people as they hit almost everything on the way up the stairs, and even managed to break a toilet roll holder off the wall in the bathroom, at the top of the stairs. Also our delivery time for last Friday, was changed at least a half a dozen times. In the end, They phoned to say they'd be with us in half an hour, which turned out to be an Hour and a Half. Very unprofessional!
Shopping for our mattress, was a far better experience. Julie Armstrong showed us the different types of mattresses and had good knowledge about their fillings, materials etc. We decided on a medium firm king coil mattress and it's great. It has turned out to be a really good choice for us.
I am giving this review 5 stars, based on our shopping experience and not the delivery.
