I’ve purchased several items from F1 Authentics over the past 12 months and every item has been unique and a real talking point when people see them.
My latest purchase was a McLaren race-used wheel nut in a display case. Unfortunately the case was damaged during transit, but after contacting them and sending a few photos, their team responded immediately and arranged a courier to collect it.
They remounted the wheel nut in a brand new display case and sent it back to me at no extra cost. No hassle, no arguments, just quick and efficient customer service.
A great company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

F1 Authentics provides a great platform to obtain all sorts of Formula 1 memorabilia. Yes, the items can be fairly expensive, but the process and way in which the F1 Authentics team support is great. Packaging has always been impeccable and delivery, especially as the items are coming from overseas to Australia, is awesomely fast.

The critique I would offer (besides a price review haha) is the website itself can be clunky to deal with. In particular when engaging with the "Auctions" tab. E.g. finding all live auctions is painful and could be rectified with a simple link via the drop down.

Great customer service and issues with my order were resolved as transparent and seamless as possible.

The support team is amazing; they helped me so much. The order was delivered quickly with great packaging. I highly recommend this store

I was nervous to order from F1 Authentics as I found many negative reviews, but I'm happy to say I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. It arrived well packaged, on time and I even got it for a good price.

I do not recommend buying from F1 Authenics. I purchased a Framed Red Bull DRS, Grand Prix used wing from the site for a substantial amount of money under the illusion the wing was raced. F1 Authenics could not verify which driver or track the wing was used even though it was sold as Grand Prix used & taken from the RB10. I contacted Red Bull directly to be told the wing was never used & was only a spare. In my opinion this is fraudulent advertising because the price of a race used part differs substantially from a test piece or spare. Avoid these guys as I do not believe they carry out any due diligence on the items sold.

Very disappointed with this company!! At no point did they mention that I would have to pay customs charges to the eu. I PAID IN EUROS AT NO POINTDID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY MENTION THEY WERE NOT IN THE EU. THIS IS FAULES REPRESENTION

Awful customer service. Slow to respond and no updates on delivery.

I have just started to buy off F1 Authentics after a referral from a friend. I have to say they do not disappoint, they have some fantastic authentic F1 pieces. Only issue is I’m spending too much money as I want it all. But can’t thank you guys enough for the swift responses to my messages and queries.
Here is to another great season of F1.

Excellent delivery options with DHL

The pieces shown online always fill the area where the authentic piece of memorabilia is stored. I have ordered multiple times and none of them fill the area. In fact, there is always at least a third of the area open. I had hoped to have a long relationship with F1, but given this factor I will not be purchasing any longer. It is a dishonest practice.

Ordered Lando Norris doughnut picture 9thDecember,order number and email correct,was sent confirmation of order,Have emailed many times for update and have been told no details of my order.As you can appreciate I’m very disappointed but have bought from you in the past and was very satisfied,no problems until now.Order number F1A119131 . Item received is great but more importantly when the item hadn't been received I contacted Customer Service and each and every engagement with them has been exceptional, keeping me updated along the way to ensure Christmas delivery.

Everything that could be wrong is wrong. First off, bought a piece of the checkered flag in February. Paid an obscene delivery fee to which I could only understand it to be for imports or other fees as there was zero notes about such during the entire purchase process. Received zero updates until I wrote in well over a month after the race finished. I was ignored until I stated I would dispute the charge as the guaranteed time to delivery has passed. I finally received a response with an apology that it is at least 10 days delayed due to lack of materials. lol. Okay. I then receive a DHL notice 2 weeks later to pay almost $70 more to receive the item. Something that was never agreed to or stated anywhere during the checkout process. I again write to customer service to be given a link that is again, not even apparent or easily accessible when making the purchase that eliminates their responsibility in the matter to make it 100% my problem. The final straw that brought me here is the photo of the flag that is suppose to have the square I paid an excessive amount for…….doesn’t have the square anywhere on it. There is zero proof that this overpriced square was not only apart of any flag but even present at that race. And for that, it is a scam. They can sell off however many they want with absolutely zero ethical boundaries to follow. And since they can’t prove it with a photo, they have more fine print that to make it 100% my problem.

Delivery was fine, customer service fine. Although i will not be ordering again, i have made 3 purchases now for the Lando Norris 2019, 2021 and 2024 bodywork in acrylic. Every piece of body work has been plain black in colour, when questioning this on the last order i was told the body work is unique and may differ in shape/size/design which i completely understand but there is no uniqueness in the 3 items as all 3 parts of body work are plain black in colour. I did request for the last order to try and not be all black but was informed this is all they have left. Over £700 spent to show no uniqueness at all.

Great F1 product, I am their customer for so long.

Great unique Items not found anywhere else, They Pieces I have purchased are all genuine authentic items from the F1 world and I love the individuality of the pieces.
