Easy to order online, fast delivery .The quality of the clothes is very good. Had an issue with being sent out the wrong size but was quickly rectified by a great customer care team member named Sean. Quick refund and no extra cost to me to return the item. Will definitely be ordering again from fadedstore.

I was unhappy about the 2 postage costs to return the item. The customer service was very good though and refunded the cost both ways. Can’t ask more than that!

Not great experience, ordered and paid for item but never received , courier was terrible, but you chose them , got refund and asked to be removed from mailing list but now getting texts and e mails asking how well we did ?
